The quilt is so pretty. Since you were drawn to the mustard yellow I think a scrappy binding with mustard yellow fabric would be pretty. Your mug rugs are going to be so cute.

The quilt is awesome ! My mini quilt version has 20 mini star blocks each 3,5 " and I used the same colour for sashing . I am so proud of my creation. As for the ideas for the mug rugs you deserve the best appreciations. I love Tim Hortons since I went to Toronto last year. I live in Romania and we have only Starbucks here. I just wait to see the final mug rugs you designed . Best wishes from Bucharest ❤

As a Canadian I can't help wondering where's the hockey stick. Tim was a hockey player. That was his claim to fame before donuts. You could add a little one leaning against the paper cup or as the handle shape of the mug:). Or They look great just the way they are. A Nancy White song sings about Tim meeting Jesus and Jesus saying Tim wasn't so great because he couldn't walk on water and Tim says So can I.

I just had an episode with my long arm where I had skipped stitches. I have a Q"nique 21. I rethreaded and changed the needle (oops, I had done several quilts with the same needle) and it stopped doing it. The really weird thing is that I've never had skipped stitches like that before!

It is strange! Thankfully I'm not having the issue anymore but I'll be watching for it just in case.
