For the buldak ramen, I like to add coconut milk instead of noodle water in the last step. It tones down the spice a bit and makes it creamy

Hi I just wanted you to know I love your channel.. you inspire me to not just follow a recipe but reuse things in creative ways to reduce waste and save time + money. I always leave with an idea of something I want to try and I feel excited to experiment instead of stressing over having every single ingredient or doing everything by the book. I hope this is conveying what I'm struggling to say so yeah 👍

Frozen blueberries is also AMAZING in overnight oats because it brings a contrasting harder and colder bite to the soft pudding-like oats and also a little burst of more fresh taste with the rich oats. Also, cacao nibs are amazing if you find them on sale.

Thank you for another great video :) your channel is so comforting to watch! in case anyone is curious the difference between bean curd and tofu: in Mandarin, it is 豆腐, pronounced as doufu, dou means bean and fu means curdled/curd. So Tofu is the phonetic translation and bean curd is a literal translation from Mandarin

I like how you add other ingredients to your ramen noodles, I do the same thing myself. I never had the Nongshim Veggie noodle soup, will defintely give that a try. I usually get the pack of Nongshim Vegan Kimchi soups at BJ's, absolutely love those, highly recommend it.

i love watching ur videos because it just feels so chill and relaxing. i also love ur approach to vegan eating - it’s very balanced imo between having fresh options, but not being restrictive on the packaged foods too. it very much matches my diet and so watching u make different recipes feels very approachable to me. :) don’t get me wrong, i love watching ppl who can make all their items from scratch, or ppl like gaz who make beautiful elaborate dishes, but that is NOT practical for me personally. i just rly vibe with u! thank u for sharing ❤

I don't know if you eat natto, but it is one of my favorite Shin & Soon ramyun toppings. Also, if you ever have a bag of chopped kale to get rid of in a hurry (I often have this issue with Aldi's ones), it's amazing in those ramyun soups. I add several handfuls to the pot once the noodles are cooked and the stove is off so the leaves wilt but remain bright green. Anyway, I love your videos!!!! Just found you a few days ago!

Omg I used to get those steamed sesame buns and they were SO GOOD but I haven’t been able to find them in years 😭 Also there are so many accidentally vegan ramen packets at Asian markets if you’re willing to look through the ingredients(and sometimes translate them) on each pack. I use YamiBuy to find a lot of vegan Asian stuff that my local stores don’t carry.

Also if you mix half(or less) of the buldak sauce with a big scoop of peanut butter and a little bit of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water it makes it less spicy and imo more delicious

The regular Buldak spicy ramen is also vegan! But, I have found that some of them are like the Shin ramen and they'll randomly have Beef fat or something in them so make sure to just check the ingredients. I have found them at Walmart and my Asian grocery store and they are both vegan. But, for some reason the ones at the 99 cent store weren't vegan? Anyway, they are less spicy than the 2x one and might be more tolerable! They still taste just as good too!

You can pour all the sauce into a tiny container and add like a teaspoon to soup ramens when you make a bowl for even add it to the sauce for the silken tofu! I loveeee adding it in cats curry just for a little heat and the 2x spicy goes a long way with just a little , just keep it in the fridge or freezer!

I’m not fully vegan myself but as someone who’s OBSESSED WITH BULDAK SAMYANG NOODLES; I suggest adding cheese to it! Not sure how it’ll taste with vegan cheese (I’ve never had it! But I’m sure you’ll know the best to put in) but I put either cheddar and/or mozzarella & it changes how you enjoy them to another level. Adding cheese also helps reduce the spicyness in a way & of course just leaving a lil more water than they packaging says can also water down the spicyness. I saw someone else recommend the normal spicy one, it is black if that helps to find it. I also enjoy the pink carbonara one which is basically spicy cheese, but way less spicier than the normal spicy black bag. Not sure if carbonara is vegan but if it is, I highly recommend that too

I don't like the term "anti-diet" a diet is simply just what one eats. There are many reasons to choose the diet you eat ethical, environmental, religious, allergy and food intolerance, happiness and more. Telling people to not be on a diet is telling them not to eat
