i have a bad experience on uniball one. last march we experience an extremely hot weather here in Philippines. and i have a almost new uniball one. and it stops writing. replace a brandnew refill for it and after a week on my bag it also stop writing. my pilot coleto and sharpie pen works fine. i think it doesnt like hot weather. i really like the ink. but i like the pilot more i just wish they have like .7 or 1.0, they say the acroball refill F is .7 but it more writes as .5 too thin.

What year is on the refill? I've been having far fewer problems with '23 cartridges and no problems with a '24 cartridge. I had a lot of problems with an early build One null bordeaux black until I heated the refill, then it wrote darker and more consistently, without leaks. Then someone ran off with it.

My daily for the last few months has been a 4 in 1 multi pen - I like the chunky feel !

My July pens: The FriXion Synergy Clicker, 0.5. (This is one of the newer FriXions that you haven't reviewed.) I've also been using a couple of fountain pens this month: A purple Platinum Preppy, fine (with Platinum purple cartridges), and a Black Kaweco Sport, medium, with a Kaweco Summer Purple cartridge. I've been using my Luke Skywalker, Sheaffer Pop, rollerball in black, 0.7 mm. And, finally, I've been using my Pilot Dr. Grip, Center of Gravity, medium point, black ink. Although I've been using pencils a lot this year. Like you, there were no pencils in my rotation this month.

I only have Jetstream multi pens as of today, they write good tho (old ink). I have that Midori dot grid notebook in blue and grey (Thought I had purple as well). Didn't know that based off the cover. I do have a lot of other stuff as well but I'm mostly writing with Sailor Tuzu F nib (Yozakura ink), Parker IM (Roller F 0,5, .7 Gel and F nib KWZ Honey ink). Uni Signo Alpha Gel 0,7MM and Waterman Allure M1,0 Ballpoint

Have a set of the Waai. Really like the colors. Not quite sold on light touch. The body on the four color is reminiscent of Meister. A little chubby for my taste. Great reviews across the board. Solid as always.

A good selection for Everyday Carry. As far as mechanism goes, the little devil in me asks how it compares with a Parker Jotter with its click button which is an iconic one, and how by setting it as a standard we have a biased view on how a mechanism should feel.

Never heard of the pentonic linc before, they look really nice though. Just one more brand I need to try :D. I keep going back and forth on the pilot frixion waai pens. I really like the colors but the fact that they are limited keeps holding me back. Wish they had that lighter blue, gray and turquoise ink in the permanent line. Fave pen this month has to be the pilot frixion ball clicker .07 in navy.

By the way Unsharpen, Can Jetstream pens that came with the SRX-200 metal refills (the Prime 3 for example), accept SRX-80 plastic refills? For saving a few bucks if I plan on keeping a Prime for a long time 😅

Plastic refills tend to be really thick compared to D1's which are metal. I would bet against them fitting a prime.

Yeah, I seem to recall them not fitting since the sxr-200 is a d1 standard and the sxr-80 is not

Are the Jetstream Lite Multi refills compatible with the OG Jetstream Multi Pen? and/or the Jetstream Prime 3 in 1?

For now you probably need to get the from eBay, amazon, or a Japanese pen importer. Amazon Japan is very good too.

I enjoy all your videos. They are very informative. I'm a left handed writer as well. Do you have any thoughts on the Ohto 3 in 1? I've been stalking ebay and I never used Ohto products before.

I haven't tried the Bloom or normal hexagonal 3-in-1 from ohto. Both are on my list though so sit tight and review will come sooner or later if you are in no rush!

I haven't got the multipen but I do have GS01, Rays and Mark's style. GS01 is neat imoothers I haven't written much with yet

how is "zebra blen 3c"? I want to buy it, I wanted to consult you because I'm undecided.

For me it's a skip. The Blen single is very good. The 3C is an OK multi-pen. I prefer the jetstream 3 more and jetstream 3 slim. The 3c does have a new(ish) limited edition color set that I did buy into though
