So clear. That it can take time to heal and slow it down. You say it all the time this amplified it. Ty.

I do try to use available resources but there is always money Involved, so I try to learn as best I can. However, I shut down periodically as of right now as part of my depression with feeling not good enough. Working on it though ❤💪🏻

Hi, I’m a student of Irene and I have the highest regard for what she does. But my growth started with a book that I now recommend to anyone and everyone. The unteathered soul by Michael Singer. Easy to read and life altering. 💚

Chemical trauma, what about constant exposure to chlorinated pools? or being medicated your entire life by psych drugs? Definitely some sort of trauma there I would think

I woke up during surgery on my eye and my friend woke up having surgery on her abdomen. My anestheologist was reading a book. I felt the doctor sewing up my eye lid.

So sorry to hear that 😢 did you feel pain? Or just like a tugging sensation when they were sewing you up?

In regards to the fluid trauma; what would be your hypothesis if a person is missing their colon (which is the organ that absorbs water)?
