I started my Etsy store a little over 30 days ago and had my first sales about two weeks ago... I'm busting my tail with posting new products and designs daily. I personally have a separate business account so things are more organized. I would recommend quickbooks self employed!

Hey, you've been my go to for advice on Etsy for a few weeks now. One thing I'm kinda struggling with is the variety of what I want to eventually sell on Etsy; I'm an artist, and I want to start selling prints of my drawings. I draw original fantasy style waterscapes and I also draw animals. I want to sell prints of both, but I am wondering if it's best to make two Etsy shops, one for the fantasy art, the other for the animal art, or is it ok to sell both from one shop? I'm struggling with this one because I heard in one of your video's that its best to sell only one kind of thing from one shop. So I'm not sure what to do. I am really liking your videos - I've been on Etsy a few years, I sell very specific 'nerd' movie prop stuff and was doing really well - but sales have slowed a bit. One note, regarding photos - I had a really clear photo of my 1st poster, which got stolen and is reproduced by thieves, so if you do sell a designed item be sure to watermark the heck out of it !
