We (Scotland) haven't produced a lot of international/world class players in the past 20 or so years ... it's extremely frustrating that 2 of them play in the same position! Personally I think Tierney will go on to be as successful as Andy. He's only 24 and has 175 appearances for Celtic and Arsenal ... and would have been a lot more but for injuries.

I've supported LFC for over 40 years. But what a player Henrik Larsson. One of Celtic's greatest ever. Scoring more goals than even King Kenny. Extremely technically gifted player. He did have one tragic dark period of his life making 7 appearances for Man U. By the way our Robbo ain't too shabby is he!

Alan Kennedy and Robbo. The two greatest left backs Liverpool had in my life. Would love him to have a big moment like Alan had with the European Cup matches. I've been to Liverpool twice with Celtic and half a dozen times as a weekend away. Liverpool feels like a part of Scotland, not England. We get nothing but love. Even from the blue half of mersey side. Same sense of humour, same DNA mixture, same dislike of the English ruling elite and universal hatred of Thatcher. Plus, an accent the English dont understand. And Scousers can understand us no bother. From the red half of Liverpool with all their Scottish hero's to the blue half with the likes of Graeme sharp, Pat Nevin, Andy Grey and big Duncan Disorderly, they take our players to their hearts. Liverpool is the greatest city south of the border and Liverpool FC always win a trophy with a scotsman in the team. And Every team would love a Robbo in their side.
