Josie - If you had your ring sized or altered, or added dots so it doesn’t rotate - they MAY have used some nickel alloys and you could have a nickel allergy. It can also manifest on your face as a breakout if you ever eat high nickel content food like dark chocolate. I used to react to earrings that were platinum, but whose posts I had had shortened - and it turned out they had soldered the posts back in place using an infinitesimal amount of nickel…

Yes - gold often has some nickel mixed in with it which can cause allergy/dermatitis. I have a friend who's convinced she's allergic to gold and so stopped wearing her wedding band. I don't like to tell her it may have been a cheap ring.

My ring is platinum but the same happened to me. I took it to the jeweler to have it wrapped in rhodium, and that solved the issue. Hoping you’re able to find a resolution soon so that you can fully enjoy your beautiful ring!

@@kristenallred2273 I'm surprised that happened with platinum - it's usually white gold that needs to be rhodium plated. But there's definitely something been added to whatever metal has been used to make the ring - which is very disappointing as I bet it was expensive.

Josie I adored all those dresses..what a lovely video. I love beautiful things in beautiful surroundings too, I'm sure you are aware of this so don't want to tell you something you are already know..however.. Regarding the problems you are having with your skin under your ring, I have the same problem if I leave my rings on when I wash my hands as I probably don't dry the skin completely under the rings. I always remove my rings before washing my hands now..being very careful not to drop the rings in an unaccessible place or leave them behind in a public bathroom.

It’s an American lady called Heidi Sommers who is married to Christian Guzman the man behind Alphalete a very famous brand of gym clothing but Buff Bunny is very beautiful and great quality as well as looking very chic in gym wear ranges but it’s affordable for the high quality clothing for working out and loungewear!
