Jo, that was not a crescent Moon you saw, it was the partial Lunar eclipse. The Moon was full on the night of July 16th/17th, you saw the Earth's shadow. You say you don't see any stars from you rooftop. But if you look carefully at the video, just above your head, the bright speck in the sky is the planet Jupiter. The brightest celestial object when there is no Moon. Great video. Douglas the Stargazer xx

I love the ritz everytime, but not that often I go down to London I always go to the ritz, even on my non London salary I have to squeeze out enough for afternoon tea I love it, its my guilty pleasure I deserve it lol 😂🙏❤️

Hi Jo, just in relation to applying the false tan to your back there are self tan back applicators, I have one its like a flat back brush that I can apply the tan to and it works, a bit of twisting to see in the mirror but it works, by the way I have started to listen to your radio show too, all the best xx

If you can’t find a mitt on a stick, buy the mitt and use a hair tie to attach it to a long handled, wooden spoon. I caught my daughter doing this after she informed me that my application skills were the worst she had ever had and she’d much rather the spoon trick than my help! 😆

Me and my husband stayed at the Ritz for two nights five years ago for my 60th. It was fab and dinner was amazing but breakfast was surprisingly disappointing.. Claridges breakfast though was delightful. Since we retired we now have the time to treat ourselves from time to time and we're loving every minute. You're so lucky living where you do though you have everything on your doorstep. Ps..Loved the polka dot dress x

Wow . That room in the Ritz was amazing Oh just to have one meal in those surroundings. Those gold plates , you could see your face in them. I said to my wife “ we haven’t had a clean plate in this house Since the dog died.” 😀 Loved that chef . What a nice guy.

Jo, I’ve just had my hair cut to chin length and would like to know how you get the ends of your hair straight rather than bending under or flipping up. For the record I prefer a sleeker style in my bob (more your style than Anna Wintour-esque). I’m currently using a heated spinning brush to get the ends to flip up as that way I can get the closer-to the-head look I’m going for, but would like an additional style for variety. Your Ritz outfit looked great and I loved your Molly made dress. I’ll definitely be looking at her link. As usual, it was great to see your mom, team and Matilda. Have a great week. :)
