Conrad is a great trainer and will forever be who taught me what a ESX file is so he gets thanks from me on a regular basis. He, as a trainer, took my Skype call while I was deployed, and took time out of his morning to help me get a claim closed when no one else had the time. Great to see Conrad on the show. I do hope to work with him again!

Great episode! Good people and great minds just flowing. I recently found this channel and enjoying the content. Working towards (adjuster license testing soon) changing from cleaning/restoration industry to adjusting. It seems like a natural evolution. Does having multiple years of experience as well as certifications, help in the world of adjusting? Maybe I should ask if it would be a benefit to me?

Tried to answer your questions but she keeps deleting the link because she wants to collect when you to go through her training link. She left hers in the description. I only noticed because I kept leaving the link only to have it removed. As soon as I saw her description box it all came together. Good luck out there get as many states as possible

This was a very informative interview. I have just attained my Florida claims adjuster license along with a SC license. This is new for me. I'm coming from 20 years of Supply Chain and time from the US Navy. I have been applying for different firms and became a member of NACA yesterday. I want to do my best at the job so I will be watching your other videos also. How would I go about getting hired?

If you're a veteran and have your GI Bill still, I HIGHLY recommend Veteran Adjusting School. It is by far the best School for Adjusting, and you will be working directly after graduating

That's the down side. You don't ever get hired. You only get deployed during a catastrophe from 3 weeks to 3 months at a time. On the bright side you don't work year round.

It's always been that way. Some adjusters get too scared to spend carrier money or they second guess what they're putting in their estimates, etc.

@@AdjusterTV What I would tell people as an OA and remember myself as an IA... Its not your money! If the photos support the damage, then include it! It reduces how long the claim is open and increases the fee schedule, its a win-win.

Just starting to try and get my license in michigan, cannot find any study links that would help with any of the questions on the online pretest questions, like anything about coverage type a,b,c. Where would you/someone suggest to which direction I should head?

I ran into this video. Im not sure how. I'm hoping that there will be an adjuster out there that is doing this work and wouldn't mind answering my questions. I am 47. No experience at all in this. Limited funds to start. I live near Fort Worth, and am willing to devote whatever time is necessary as long as I will be able to provide for my wife and daughter. Is this something that you think I can do?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but what are the chances of getting hired for a 60-year-old with 20+ years of flooring-remodeling experience? Additionally, I wouldn't be able to jump on roofs easily (past shoulder surgery causes some problems with ladders etc)
@AdjusterTV

Your age has far less to do with getting you working than an injury that keeps you off roofs.
@thomasm..7336
@thomasm..7336 3 ай бұрын
That's what I am afraid of. I wonder if companies have enough interior claims to justify hiring someone who wouldn't be able to climb roofs?
