It is implied in the show that Ashoka knows about Anakin and Padme. I also believe that Ashoka leaving the order was a big contributor to pushing Anakin over the edge. We see multiple times that Anakin cares for Ashoka, viewing her like a little sister or even a daughter, at times. She's a big part of his conscience and we see that Anakin would go to great lengths to see that she is safe, all you have to do is look at his confrontations with Plo Koon and Luminaria, concerning Ashoka. Hell, even as Vader, his first option for Ashoka is to join him and act as allies. I think that if Ashoka hadn't left, things would have turned out much different, then seen in Revenge of the Sith. (Because I don't want this comment to be too bloated, my "what if" is in reply below)

I believe that Ashoka would have accompanied Anakin and Obi Wan to rescue Palpatine. The fight with Dooku would have turned out much differently with her backing Anakin up. Dooku wouldn't have been killed, and Anakin would be one step further from the Dark Side. I think then, Ashoka would be rewarded for her valor and be granted the role of Jedi Knight. I think Ashoka would make her knowledge of Anakin and Padme known to them, and would become even closer to the two. Anakin wouldn't be as arrogant as Ashoka would have been there all this time to keep him in check. Eventually, I think Palatine's plans would fail, due to Rex's knowledge of the chips, and would all amount to another 1000 years of peace and prosperity. But Hey! That's JUST a Theory! A STAR WARS Theory!

Oscar O Rosas, Because we know that Palpatine wouldn't put Order 66 through until Anakin became his apprentice. Considering that Dooku would still be alive, and Anakin not being that close to the Dark Side, it would give Rex more time to expose the plot, picking up where Fives left off.

Anikan's last conversation in TCW proves that she knew. "I understand, more than you realize--I understand wanting to walk away from the Jedi order" "I know" The way Anikan stresses his words and the emotion and conflict in his voice hints heavily that he is talking about wanting to leave the order to be with Padme. He's shown talking about it seriously more than once. Look at their faces when Ahsoka says "I know". Anikan is so shocked that he could only be talking about Padme.

I'd have to disagree with you, Ahsoka was like family to Anakin, she knew him better than anyone else. I believe if she stayed she would have been able to help Anakin fight off the dark side. The only reason Vader didn't accept her help in Rebels is because he felt betrayed that she left him when he needed her most and that she was the reason Anakin had become the monstrosity known as Darth Vader.

MaD SaM Ahsoka knew about Anakin and Padme, and she can try to comfort him about the vision. Anakin can turn to the dark, disappointing Obi Wan. But I don’t think he can disappoint his own apprentice. He’ll also bring Ahsoka with him to catch up Windu, and windu, with a padawan watching will just take Palpatine prisoner.

You do realize Asoka knew he was with Padmé, and she helped balance his anger. If she was still a Jedi by the time episode 3 happened the entire story would have been different.

Asoka, was more like Anakin, then anyone, and Obi-wan was like the big brother Anakin never had. But Asoka grew up, and matured slowly following Anakin's teachings. He was like a father figure to her, and she always knew in the clone wars, everything about him, and could read him like an open book. That aside, Asoka leaving the order, was 1 of the MOST crucial part, that tilted Anakin into the darkside. He's was running with emotions, Asoka, learning from him, also started to discreetly follow the exact way(which changed over the course of her completely growing up) Anakin was. She could know more about Anakin, then Yoda or obi-wan, even if he did not share his childhood with Asoka, she still could read him quite well. That would be the release valve for Anakin, since Asoka was in a way like his doter! A.k.a. if he would be with Padmae at the time of the birth, and Asoka would be next to him, Dark vader would not be born, but a Chosen one, who would. Why? Because Anakin will be able to sense how much darside was affecting him, and guiding him, he would take try to save Padmae, and if he could not, he would entrust his kids to Obiwan and Asoka respectively, and retreat into the planet of the force, and became the overseer like that father sage person wanted him to. Why? because he knew he was beckoned by the darkside by then, and he was very powerful in the light aspect, and since he would not have to be bound by the jedi code, he would seclude himself, and became something even Yoda could not. A true chosen 1, to keep the balance of Light and Dark. Ofcurse, it's just how it would happen, and in the end, it would be left up to the author to decided the corse he wants to go with.

It always bugged me how the Jedi Order treated Ahsoka after they found out she was setup. They could have said "We made a mistake please forgive us Ahsoka" or something like that. But no they pull "The force was testing you card" That is what always bugged me about the Jedi Order in the Clone War series, it was never their fault when they made a mistake it was just the force testing them. Say what you want about the Sith but they never blamed the force for them failing or making a mistake at least not that I remember.

This was their complacency. The didn't make mistakes, they were never wrong. This is why Anakin, Barris, Ahsoka, and many others became disillusioned with the Order, and why Palpatine was able to manipulate them so. "The Sith were gone, and certainly not inside the Order, despite one of their highest members (Dooku) becoming a Sith." "The Clone Army was a lucky break, created by some long lost Jedi, and nothing that they should actually look into before using." They were power drunk and hypocritical, which is why they ultimately fell. In fact, other accounts say that Yoda actually realized this when fighting Sidious, which is why he fled instead of continuing to fight. He saw the Order for what it was, and knew that it had to be rebuilt if if was going to survive. Simply killing Sidious (if possible) would have simply postponed its fall.

Yea that was a load of BS that Mace said about the Force testing them.. Who is he kidding??? They were willing to throw Ashoka to the wolves just to please the Senate who wanted this matter shutted up. Only Anakin, Obi and Plo defended her in the end and that apology was bullshit.

thepayne78 To be fair, everyone in the room at the time apologized besides Mace. And given the fact that there was so much evidence against her and several other Jedi had fallen(mainly Dooku, Pong Krell and obviously Baris) you can't blame anyone who wasn't close to her for thinking she did it. Of course this was one of the moments where Anakin being overly emotional was better more so than worse. He knew she couldn't do such terrible things, and honestly if Jedi did tap into their emotions a little bit more, many of the events that followed could've been prevented. But with all that being said, I honestly got ticked off when everyone else apologized, yet Mace was to arrogant to just say sorry. I wouldn't be surprised if when he was fighting Palpatine in episode 3 Anakin immediately remembered the bullshit he spewed at Ahsoka and just thought "Fuck this guy"

When Anakin is trying to get her to stay in the Clone Wars finale, he says something like "I understand wanting to leave the Order" and she says "I know" and he looks shocked and the music swells. Now I may just be guessing but I'm pretty sure that was her telling him she knows about Padme.

I think that Obi-Wan realised as well (once Padme shows up on Coruscant pregnant) what is going on between the two of them but knowing what consequences for Anakin could have revealing to the Council that he is the father of Senator's child(s), so he kept that knowledge for himself.

You're wrong at one point: yes he saw kenobi as a Person that was his father but the Connection to ahsoka was a bit different. Remember what anakin said to obi wan: you practically raised me. It's the same Situation with anakin and ahsoka. Anakin saw Ahsoka growing up, Training her like she was his daughter. Therefore the Connection between anakin and ahsoka is way stronger than with kenobi from anakins Point of view. What Person would you care about more? dad or daugher? Anakin is a Person ahsoka Looks up to, which anakin knows. And as a dad you never wanna disappoint your daughter.

I argue that Obi was Older Bro-quasi-guardian Master (as well as friend & comrade), whereas I truly feel that QG was his father figure. Ahsoka was in the unique roles of the Apprentice, friend, sister, comrade, and finally Best Friend. Ahsoka’s support and the level of trust that would likely massively increase between the two would put her in a position of great leverage. She was something-someone Anakin never really had in Obi-Wan: a best friend who shares his personality and is openly compassionate towards him unconditionally and without hesitation. Anakin desperately needed a figure like Ahsoka in his life. Although he was shaken about Padmé, Ahsoka could have been able to help him since she was not in any danger. Bottom line: The reasons I believe that she could have had a profound impact on him are that she could give Anakin something he had needed his entire life: A best friend who could give him a hug.

You're missing a key point here. Remember that had Ahsoka stayed and became knighted, not only would Anakin feel: a) more calm due to not losing another close person b) less angry at the Council due to them not being a reason for this another loss, But also according to the tradition the Council would have HAD to grant him the rank of Master due to him now having a graduated and knighted Padawan. Windu would've been against it anyways, but, say, Plo Koon would most likely support this seeing how Ahsoka became such a nice and strong fully-fledged jedi under Anakin's guidance. The opinion of other Council members would most likely shift a little too. If he was granted the rank of Master he most definitely wouldn't fall for Palpatine's lies as he: a) would've felt more acknowledged and respected by the jedi and less angry at them b) would've had access to the restricted section of the Jedi Temple archives where Sith holocrons were stored, and he would've studied them trying to find a way to save Padme from dying (if some of you don't know that was one of the reasons he wanted to become a Master).

yeah sorry man, but his relationship with Ahsoka is different from Obi-won. first, he and Obi-won never see eye to eye. Obi-won followes the rules, while Anakin is very rebellious, passionate, and reckless. Anakin did care about Obi-won and saw him as a father, as family, but he felt Obi-won would tell the council about his and Padme's relationship, because he is a rule follower. now Ahsoka on the other hand, is very much like Anakin in the way that she is rebellious, passionate, and reckless. Anakin proves that he cares deeply for Ahsoka all those times when she was in danger, Anakin would react similar to the way he reacts when Padme is in danger. Even when Ahsoka is branded a murderer, Anakin never stops believing in her, and lets not forget the promise he made "Ahsoka! I would NEVER let anything hurt you!" he ment it. when Ahsoka was leaving the Jedi order, Anakin came REALY close to revealing that he was married,"i know what its like to want to walk away from the order" but he didn't need to finish because Ahsoka said, "I know" she already knew about his and Padme's relationship. yeah. she was close to Anakin to the point of figuring out his deepest secret. thats why Anakin couldn't ask her to stay anymore, because he couldn't be a hipocrit. he himself wants to walk away, but because of the war, he cant, because he is needed. However if Ahsoka decided to stay, for his sake, to be there for him, i think he would have confided in her, because she already knew his secret, and so that may have stopped him from falling. or maby not. remember though, Ahsoka's not dead, Vader didn't kill her. he was forced to choose between the emperor and his son, if he were in a similar situation with Ahsoka, i believe he would have done the same thing.

Ahsoka however, never betrayed him like he thought the jedi, Padme, and Obi-won did, so he has no reason to hate her, and every reason to trust her.

I suspect Ahsoka might have found refuge on Alderaan, possibly watching over Leia, just as Kenobi did for Luke. The Identity of Sidious's New apprentice would be important. I suspect that Maul might have been offered a chance to return to the Emperor's side, though whether or not he'd accept is another question entirely. I think the death of Vader would be the final nail in the Rule of Two's coffin, and Sidious would claim the mantle of Bane, deeming the Rule of Two complete, and attempting to attain immortality, as the final completion of Bane's legacy. Without Vader serving as the Emperor's fist, I suspect the extinction of the Jedi might have been no where near as total, and the early Rebels might have ended up with a dozen or so former knights and padawans serving within their ranks. Its possible a new secret temple might even have been formed.

If Ahsoka had killed Anakin (as stated in this video), Palpatine would have made her his new apprentice. She had much talent and many dark side tendencies. Her sorrow over Anakin's death by her own hand would have made her an easy target and her youth and general obedience would have given him a most worthy apprentice. Darkside Ahsoka, as a Sith princess would still rule today and Snoke and the others would have no chance against her.

Uh... 2 minutes in and I can already see how you're not understanding the bond between Anakin and Ahsoka. They have a sibling relationship, borderline rivalry, but also that playful teasing side as well. If anything, Ahsoka may not be able to on her own, but if she were there on Mustafar with Padme and Obi Wan, Ahsoka would tell Anakin that she accepted him and his relationship with Padme, despite his breaking of the code. She looked up to him and could feel heartbreak at the fact of her master and brother figure commit such atrocities, wanting the man who pushed her in the right direction and the one that trusted her when no Jedi would to return. Anakin would remember how Ahsoka was betrayed by the order, and himself as well. He would realize he couldn't stand against someone who would stand by him. He would still be upset with Obi Wan, but with Ahsoka there, Obi Wan wouldn't try to force him back, but like Ahsoka, let Anakin make that choice. They would have Anakin make the choice of what he wanted: Revenge, Justice, whatever. Anakin would reply, "I only want the power to save my family." The three people before him, the closest people to family to him, would reassure them that by working together, they wouldn't lose each other. Unfortunately, Palpatine is now Emperor and wanted his apprentice back. The group of four would have to leave quickly from Mustafar, before the Emperor made it there. They would head to the medical station outside the Republic, now Empire. Padme would survive giving birth, but other problems would arise. Anakin, Ahsoka, and Obi Wan would have to speak with Yoda, convince him of Anakin's return from the dark side, though Anakin would still waver between, his eyes having flashed at least orange a few times during the conversation on Mustafar. Yoda would want Anakin to prove himself against Palpatine, regardless of how he felt for the Jedi. Anakin, though his love for the Jedi long gone, would still want Yoda as an ally, instead of an enemy. They would decide that the children would need to split up, and Padme and Anakin would need to go into hiding, trusting in Ahsoka, Obi Wan, and Organa to keep their children safe. After that... well, thoughts???

Would the clones on Kamino be trained to fight against the Republic instead of with it? Would the CIS overpower the army-lacking Republic? Would there even be Darth Vader? To be honest, this would have more change to the galaxy than the events of "What If Order 66 Never Happened".

Agreed. There wouldn't be so much left over weapons laying around for the fledgling rebellion to make use of. I'm playing Star Wars Commander and that is supporting what I've long heard about the Rebels making use of Clone Wars-era weapons, such as the LAAT/i, AT-RT, AT-TE, Hellfire Droids, AAT-1 modified for organic crews, and Z-95 Headhunters among other weapons. None of that would be in places that could readily accessible to the Rebellion.

I think the CIS would have attacked the republik and the Republik Defense Army would have been to weak to counter the Droids effectivly. So Palpatine would have introduced the Clone Army and would have pushed to new elections in which he would have a big sypathie boost because he brought the saving in form of a clone army.

I'm late I know, but I feel this theory might not end up how you explained. I feel that Anakin sees Ahsoka as a little sister. He stood by her side while she was on the run, he was willing to Force Choke Poggle when she was in danger, unwilling to fight her when she was possessed by the Son even in self-defense, he begged the Father to revive her. I think that if Ahsoka stayed, Anakin would do everything he can to make her feel welcomed probably tell her some things he kept hidden, even from Obi-Wan. Padme will most definitely help a friend of her husband's, maybe make her part of the family. During RotS, Ahsoka will be that empathetic ear Anakin needed. A voice of reason, not from a Jedi's perspective, but a human one. When the time comes for Anakin to choose which side, he may be able to resist or overcome Palpatine's lure.

First, would you leave a human baby with a young adult alien, who's also a fugitive and would have to stay on the move to avoid capture (considering that Palpatine comissions the Inquisitors and various other jedi hunters), as well as even if not, Ahsoka had not financial stability or a stable place to live, or any experience or help with parenting a child of a different yet similar species. Ultimately, she would have been around, but not exactly the caretaker. I prefer her role to like Obi Wan protecting Luke, except it's Ahoska protecting Leia

If Ahsoka stayed behind she would have been granted the Jedi Knight tittle and would have been able to stay along side Anakin. This means that at the start of episode 3 she would have been there to help both Obi-Wan and Anakin agianst General Grevious and Count Doku. Becuase of this she would probably stop Anakin from killing Doku and/or the capturing or defeat of General Grevious (but i doubt that since Grevious knows when to dip when he's outmatched.) If by any chance she wasn't present then everything would had continued as canon. But if by any chance she doesn't make an appearance until later in Ep. 3 then 2 or 3 things would have happened: 1. She would have been at the Jedi Temple to stop Anakin from killing the children and/or helping Mace Windu stop Palpatine. (unless Anakin back stabs Ahsoka and proceeds to push Windu out of the window) 2. Ahsoka would have probably been deployed to a frontline with another Jedi or by herself and been killed by Order 66. (unless she escapes then everything still follows as canon and she returns in Rebels, but if anakin figured out she was killed by Palpatine's order he probably would have turned on palpatine but, not until he became Darth Vader, which would go nicely along with the Darth Vader comics) 3. She probably would have been deployed with Obi-Wan to take down Grevious and would have accomplished killing Grievous, allowing her and Obi-Wan to be able to fight Anakin at the end which would have: either defeated and imprisoned Anakin. Or leaving Anakin to burn thus becoming Darth Vader, with Obi-wan watching over Luke and Ahsoka watching over Lea.

But at the same time i wouldn't think that Anakin would be so eager to attack Obi-Wan and Ahsoka because in the final fight Anakin's argument was that Obi-Wan was betraying him by not letting him become a Jedi Master, but with Ahsoka there she would have brought up the argument about when she was accused of being a rouge Jedi , and no one believed her except Anakin. And that was the reason why she stayed because she knew that as long as Anakin trusted and believed in her, then she would stay by his side and help him through thick and thin.

I don't think you're right that Anakin didn't consider Ahsoka family. He obviously cares deeply for her, even if she's not technically related. You can see that in the way he looked when she left (including in one of the unreleased Crystal Crisis arc episodes) and the way he acted when he met her again on Malachor. Ahsoka's leaving felt almost like a massive failure on his part, as well as a betrayal of sorts. He had come to care about her as family, and then she wasn't around when he needed guidance when he was being tempted by the dark side, something made all the more easy by the fact that he had, in his eyes, already lost Ahsoka. He didn't want to lose Padme as well.

honestly i think that if ahsoka stayed she to might have fallen to the darkside. the reason for that is the betrayal of the council. the only reason ahsoka could have to stay is for Anakin. seeing him as an older brother. she would sens the growing darkness within anakin. however she wouldn't tell. seeing how the council handled her situation and how they handled her after that with only plo truly apologizing. she'd fear wha't they'd do to him if they learned of it eventually 66 would arrive ahsoka who would probably whit patme knowing her status, would know that something was wrong. and asked anakin. seeing how she remained loyal to him before he'd tell her that jedi betrayed the republic. although sceptical. she wouldn't rule out the possiblielty again due to how easely they expelled her. now that wouldn't perse be a reason to fall. however just like anakin she would would colide with the council more and more. this friction would turn in to anger anger she'd bottle up. and that would eventualy turn in to hate.

Going by the novel (which was released a few months after this video, I'll give you that) describing the Siege of Mandalore. No. If she was to stay in the Jedi Order and wouldn't manage to keep Anakin on the Light Side, she'd be in the same place, at the same time, doing the same thing. What happened was that Obi-Wan and Anakin were meant to lead the Siege of Mandalore alongside Rex, Ahsoka and a part of 501st. Anakin and Obi-Wan were recalled to rescue the Chancellor and participated in the Battle of Coruscant. They left Ahsoka in charge of the siege where she was saved by Rex during Order 66. If she was to stay in the Order she'd either still be Skywalker's padawan, ergo she'd go with him to wherever they were preparing the operation and she'd be left in charge or she'd be knighted and possibly sent on a different assignment.

Their emotional bond was amazing as he loved her like a sister or daughter or maybe even the best friend. But if she wouldn’t have been able to keep him from the dark side, her fighting skills almost if not equaled Anakins so she would have done better or could have won alone in a dual against him. She was amazingly powerful and skilled, while less experience, would have been fine against anakin. Let alone have help from obi-wan. The duel would have been fast and over.

I disagree with you about Ahsoka not being able to get though to Anakin. You seem to forget that only Ahsoka knew of Padme and her master's relationship. Obi-wan only later found out after it was too late. Because of this, I strongly believe Ahsoka could of been the difference maker preventing Anakin from turning on the Jedi.

I actually don't think Anakin turns if Asokah stays with the order. IMO a large part of Anakins lack of trust and faith in the Order stemmed from the dismissal of Asokah and how Anakin felt about it. The feelings of disappointment and frustration in regard to the Order aided Palpatine in his manipulations. Even with Asokahs dismissal and the dreams about Padme weighing in him Anakin still struggles with killing Dooku and later Windu. If he still has Asokah more or less serving as an anchor to the order it may have been enough to prevent him from committing either or both of those kills. The Windu incident would be especially significant as even the slightest further delay on Anakins part could have week led to Palpatine's death. (I'm of the opinion that Palpatine didn't throw his fight with Windu and legitimately lost it. while he may have embellished a bit after being disarmed fir the majority of the fight Anakin isn't there for Palpatine to bank on.

I believe anakin had a much closer and deeper relationship with Ashoka than obi wan Obi wan and anakin didn’t have the best beginning where it almost seemed as though obi wan was competing to out preform anakin as a padawan this strained their relationship and while they still became good friends I don’t believe anakin ever viewed it as anything more Anakin recognized that Ashoka like him disagreed with the Jedi and I think that both of their rebellious nature made them closer

Anakin and Ahsoka were closer than any other other master and apprentice. This can be seen all the way back to the battle of Geonosis where Ahsoka got trapped in the super battle tank and Anakin did not stop until she was found, and that was when she was a still relatively new padawan of his. They fought along side for years, and were constantly at each others side, and relied on one another. This is again proven, in the episode when Ahoska is captured and forced to be hunted but once again thanks to Anakins teachings allowed her to survive and escape, and the moment Anakin learned padawan Jedi had returned to the order he was instantly there searching. Over, and over again we are constantly seeing their bond challenged, and their relationship grow, and themselves develop, constantly improving off one another. Ahsoka knew Anakin that well, the she had figured out his relationship with Padme and knew the truth, because frankly they were inseparable. Had Ahsoka been there for Ankain, he would not have fallen to the dark side and Palpatine would have been defeated.
