What would happen if Anakin travels back in time to shortly before episode iii after his death in the second death star. But Anakin does not completely abandon the dark side and wishes for the empire to arise, with he ruling as emperor using light and darkness. In this reality, Anakin would seek to make Palpatine believe that Anakin would be loyal to him even though he would ultimately kill him on Mustafar at the end of episode iii. It would make a good fanfiction.

As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals. What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.

It was also fun to see a story where Anakin captures Obi Wan getting shown some love. Since I think we can all agree that this would definitely be an intriguing situation. Great job as always and I can’t wait to see what you do next. Also Happy ‘belated’ Mother’s Day, and I hoped you enjoyed that special day with your mother. I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s: 1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling. 2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever. 3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this. 4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ahsoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st) I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s

I’m pretty sure that if Obi Wan surrendered on Mustafar he would have been instantly killed by Vader. Day 106 of my list. What if; Anakin never gave into his feelings for Padme (Pentre Patrol did his version), Aayla Secura was the chosen one and became Darth Talon, Shme Skywalker was adopted by the Tusken Raiders, Boba Fett saved his Tusken family, Count Dooku was a regular count for the CIS, Jabba the Hutt supported the Jedi at the Start of the Clone Wars, and finally, what if Sabine and Ezra fell in love?

There is one problem I have with this theory, that being that Palpatine understood that pre-suit Vader would 100% be more powerful than him and would eventually supplant him just through pure power alone, this being a when-not-if situation. He even admits such to Yoda during their duel, so I believe that he would lean into the whole teach Vader everything aspect and wouldn't have bothered with creating the contingency orders around him; instead, he would have taught Vader all he knew. I believe that Palpatine is a pragmatist at the end of the day, and therefore, he wouldn't want to set the Sith up for a future of failure by not properly teaching Vader.

I also think Padme would have lived. People that young don't die of a broken heart but also canonical speaking the only reason why she died was Palpatine did a life essence transfer from her to Vader so that he'd live. But in this situation without that I think she would have lived which would have pushed Anakin down a much darker path, as his beliefs would have been vindicated and then when she begins to foment rebellion he would have seen her as the enemy and killed her himself.
