One thing is for certain: Micah would’ve never left that mountain if Arthur was healthy.

Arthur was questioning Dutch's decisions in his own mind as soon as he and Micah went crazy in Blackwater. The problem with Arthur was he could be too introspective taking too long to act and too many died before he changed his mind about Dutch's ability to lead plus the fact that losing Hosea as a buffer to Dutch's more violent tendencies and the way he was seeing betrayal everywhere and becoming paranoid had Arthur looking at his mentor a lot differently and the excuses for Dutch's unhinged behaviour were wearing very thin. I think it would have ended pretty much the same only with more of a fight with the Pinkerton's and the Army and I could see Arthur sacrificing himself for the remainder's of the gang by either setting a trap and holding them off like he did for John or leading the G-men away from so the rest of the gang could get away and ending up back in Blackwater where he would be taken out there. Either way I wouldn't ever see Arthur surviving past 1899. His loyalty was his undoing, if he had of just rode away and never returned he may have lived a bit longer but with a price on his head in 3 states unless he left the country it wouldn't be much of a life.

He was questioning Dutch's decisions and the outcome of the lifetime of crimes long before he started showing symptoms of TB. So I think that he'd still have remorse and would have tried to help John and anyone else he could help.

Yeah I believe if Arthur wouldn’t have never got sick. First Micah would’ve been beaten on that mountain than he probably would’ve ran away with Mary and use a whole Nother identity.

I have a respect for the dude who makes this video but I also believe the game name is literally a spoiler like redemption and if Arthur wasn’t dead or anything then the name of redemption wouldn’t make sense and it would be like red dead (something) 2

Arthur was most certainly aware of Dutch's personality shift. After the events of My Last Boy; Dutch deliberately leaves Arthur when he yells for help. Sure, if Arthur wasn't sick he could have fended for himself or at least until until Eagle Flies comes in, but it certainly wasn't from any effort from Dutch.

+ on PC Version of RDR2 you can use the native Trainer to resurect Arthur and Play as him After the Epilogue, you can have 2 save game files, 1 for Arthur and the other 1 for John

I was curious about what would happen if dutch actually listened to Hosea & Arthur? I left John out because he's already disillusioned with this lifestyle and more focused on the world OUTSIDE the gang. Aka his family.
