This plot sounds like a Spider-Man I would actually like to see. Normally the only problem with Spider-Man is that he can't get over the tragedy of losing uncle ben. The idea that his life goes to hell, he becomes homeless, incarcerated, and so on just gives him more character. I would love to see this Spider-Man on the big screen. The idea of Spider-Man being homeless and stealing food in clothes, just gives Spider-Man that more of a human nature.
