Your almost right. All for One didn’t give Yoichi One for All, he gave him a transfer quirk that merged with his Stockpiling Quirk. That is what created One for All due to the quirks being valid with each other. This is also most likely why All for One wants One for All so badly. Think about how he could potentially transfer All for One down to someone just by digesting DNA? It would be a disaster.

I don’t know if other content creators do this for “what if” videos but to use chatgpt or another ai to help you get a glimpse of what is all of the possibilities for the “what if” story. For example, if I say “What could Naruto do with his eyes with chakra if was a kryptonian(Superman)?” Then the AI will respond to the question with all of the possibilities he could do which you assume and other things that could be possible that you didn’t know.

Just watched jjk s2 ep17 and now I want to see a what deku where he has mahoraga’s adaptation as a quirk, when he turns four he gets the eight handled wheel above his head, I think the wheel should just permanently be there, and spins when he adapts to a phenomena. Perhaps give him some type of true form thing where he turns into mahoraga and gets a amp to all his stats and also gets the blade. I think no ship would be ideal, just straight action with him becoming overpowered.
