Cold gets Cooler and hunts down the Saiyans after Goku, possibly Raditz and the Earthlings return to Earth. They force even the Super Saiyan Bardock and continually improving Vegeta to retreat and thus head to Earth to seek help from Kakarot, the Earthlings and Raditz if he went. Cold and co-intercept this "retreat" and wind up on Earth as expected, but perhaps during the Androids rampaging for some added tension. There's ideas that can be worked with but it's just a matter of thinking of them? Using them? I dunno.

This was honestly one of my favorites What If's Masako's put out over the years. It's a shame to see it come to an end though. Even after this, I feel that it could go on with the Buu saga but excluding the Cell Saga in the process because of the Cell from this timeline's future I think would be considerably weaker against the sheer numbers the Saiyans have accumulated over the years but that's just my thoughts. And I absolutely ADORE the little nod at the end with Bardock and Cassava having a little more than a thing on the way. The blood of a royal with that of a "low-class" warrior sent shivers down my spine and generally got me excited for their future. If in the future should Masako decide to reopen this What If for a Season 2, I would come running over the hills to watch it all over again. From one fan to another, thanks Masako and as always, I will see YOU in your next video. Catch ya later!

Heck, Bardock’s new kid would be 5 by the Android Saga, same age as Gohan when he helped fight Nappa. And that kid would be 12-13 for the Buu Saga. Not to mention the potential arcs one could have with Bardock and Kasava in the mix. Like, how would that affect Future Trunks?

Been a big fan of this one for a long time, sad to see it end... But then again...Dragon Ball on Earth still kinda happened...The Red Ribbon Army was beaten by kid Goku...so doesn't that mean Gero is still going to make #17, #18, and Cell? Sure, he wouldn't have Frieza or Cold's cells this time around so he wont be going galactic anytime soon, but he should have Goku, Piccolo, and Raditz. Honestly that wouldn't be a terrible idea, while he would certainly be more combative than Gine was in her version, he's also smart enough to not make any major waves so as not to draw too much attention to himself and his son. So yeah, we might see him intervene when it comes to the King Piccolo stuff, or he might stay hands off for the entirety of Dragonball because helping his son in any way other than training would only cheapen the experience for him. He probably wouldn't do any actual fighting or get directly involved until the Saiyan saga, or Namek saga at the latest.

Thought he went with them and brought a pile of books for "training". He kinda never came up again after the Earth crew met up with Bardock.

Is it a fitting way to end? You're a victim of your own success, Makako: *when* you finally have more, continue the story. We trust trust you, whether the story manages to migrate back to Earth or you decide to push forward on a universal stage... ...but if inspiration never does strike again for this tale, yes, you ended it well.

Thanks, pal. Truth of the matter is that this was a good time to end it. Otherwise it would've lingered on for years and petered out with a whimper. Here, it ended with a bang...on many levels.

This is definitely one of my favorite series, just the fact that this isn’t just focused on the fighting but also onto the politics of things such as the Saiyans morale makes it amazing. While I know this says Finale, part of me hopes that there’ll be a next part covering Super or maybe even the Buu Saga if there is a way to tie it in with this. But nonetheless this was an amazing story

This series had it's ups and downs for sure. A few parts felt okay but not every story is all ups. I truly felt thou that this did give a good resolution to Bardock that the canon story lacked. Well done. I still think about Cooler or King Cold but that's for another day I suppose. A grand end Masako. Well done.

Doubtful if it's completed, imo. The part focusing on Bardock is, and a new happily ever after for him, but Raditz, Vegeta, and Kakarot/Goku and fam still need to learn Super Saiyan, King Cold is still out there ("You murdered my Princess! Ah, well, you win some, you lose some." "Children?" "Yeah."), the Androids are coming, and the Majins have to be dealt with.

Great story line. Bardock has always been an interesting character, it was very refreshing to see him in the leadership role and with his sons

I'm surprised you left it here. The ending was good (I mean, Bardock gets Vegeta's mom after all), but why leave it here? You could literally do anything after Frieza's death; maybe explore certain routes with Bardock being the LSSJ AND the supposed king of the new Saiyan Army. Maybe some run-ins with Beerus somewhere down the line. Anything that doesn't end with Frieza dying AGAIN! But this series was the best one you've ever made. 10/10 for almost every episode, and even then they would get high scores compared to your other series. Keep up the good work, although please reconsider this being the end.

Like with the previous what if finale that came out, I feel like this one could be expanded upon. Not on the unique narrative, but continuing the events of Z. Trunks would still come from the future or at the very least, the androids would appear later on. Goku and his friends would still want to return to Earth, I would assume.
