Nope. Omnitrix makes you transform into an ultimate form of the scanned alien, including muscles, size and energy. So while Goku is the donor, Ben's transformation would be able to tap into legendary super sayian 3 at max. Also since it transforms Ben DNA itself if he learned God ki he would unlock god transformations as well. Basically the strongest Sayian.

ok so here is why goku will lose to ben 10: 1: omnitrix failsaves -the onmitrix can actualy save him from death where you can see it in the last episode of ben 10 omniverse -goku also cant touch the onnitrix because the omnitrix can do a small discharge of energy 2: alien x -Alien X (actual race celestial sapian) can alter reality and basicaly do anything and even destroy anybody or as keven put it "they can blink and you would be gone" -The celestial sapians are also extremely durable i mean in the 4TH EPISODE THE UNIVERSE WAS DESTROYED ALREADY AND BEN JUST CASUALY REMADE IT -The one downside of alien x is that he needs to convince one of the three entitys in alien x to do anything but ben overcame it by letting the other 2 entitys argue in a corner 3:Ultimate aliens -Since ben has the ultimatrix in this story he can go into a ultimate alien x which then the battle will start being one sided but we dont know what an ultimate alien x is due to him alr being op af he will be stronger than his base form
