The Bojack movie is one of my favorites lol. I especially loved the line. "I'm my fathers son!" I mainly love it because it shows Gohan able to save the world on his own albeit with a little encouragement from Goku.

After being reminded that Bojack offed his own crew member, I wonder if a Z fighter could have respected that person in a subtle way, and when they see the betrayal happen they actually manage to save them in some way, causing a dissonance now between Bojack and what remains of his crew. This could allow a character to stay after the movie is over, much like how Broly didn't just get murdered, and after being betrayed they could have a deep moment of self reflection about what exactly they even want to do anymore. Perhaps they idolized strength, like you said, but never expected it to turn on them like it did. Once they got a taste of how it felt to be basically thrown away once again as a toy would be they would see how the strength of their opponents are not only greater than their own, but that they use their strength to hold others up rather then down. I feel like something like this would have a positive impact as a whole, as it would plant more seeds for the future to reap when they're ripe. Imagine them coming back and figuring out how to surpass even Bojacks transformation, a golden frieza effect if you would. Could cause some serious hype.

Perhaps Zangya could be reformed, perhaps becoming a partner for Yamcha, especially considering how much the show mistreats him and how he said, or at least I remember him saying, he did want a family of his own someday. I think he said that in the first Saga of Dragon Ball but I'm not sure, and it could always be a dubism or something he never said in the Manga.

That's what I liked most about the Herans. It created a race of beings that could potentially be the natural rivals of the saiyans that had there own powerups and transformations and progression to power that made them a true and constant and numerous threat. Bojack is my second favorite DBZ movie villain after Broly and before Cooler simply for his unique design and story potential.

Oh boy. Bojack. It would be nice if Gohan could get a spotlight for it, perhaps with either a power or device used by the Pirates that absorbs divine energy, thus stopping goku and vegeta from whomping the villains this time. Reason why they'd have this? Because they wanted to stop the G.O.D from stopping them in their travels, the only genuine threat. They don't believe people as strong as them exist. This way, we can not only have Gohan be forced to step up to the challenge, but Frieza can have a nice wee "I AM THE RULER OF THE UNIVERSE!" Tantrum, then fighting for that title. Either way, Gohan. Put Videl and Pan on the line, and you've got Gohan with a motive. Either by barely escaping them the first battle, then the Pirates continue their rampage, until Gohan mans up and gets some power up to fight them, but not actually beat em this time. Then remind Gohan of what happened the last time he decided to slack off. The last several times he did so, he needed to catch up. But not this time. He needed to battle for his life, and there isn't no backup plan this time. Slap a new transformation, and boom shakalaka, make Gohan more focused on training in case a threat like that comes again where he needs to protect the earth.

I feel like if you have to constantly find ways to depower your main characters it basically going to expose flaws. I say this considering the Manga is already dealing with a villian that can depower the heroes while empowering others. While an interesting concept and change of pace, if they keep having to rely on that it may be a problem.

#001 Throw Gohan and Piccolo in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for a few hours. Gohan will catch up (arguably surpass everyone) just in time for dinner with the family. Then have Gohan train with Whis. He'll reach Blue within a fraction as opposed to the amount of time it took Goku and Vegeta to reach Blue.

I'd personally have something happen that took Goku and Vegeta out of action. Possibly they used an ability that made it difficult to channel their ki, so it made them much weaker, similar to how Goku was after the 20x Kaioken SSJ Blue. Then Gohan would be the only one left who could fight, possibly him and Piccolo. If they are in Universe 6 for a tournament, Pan could have been brought along for some reason (a family vacation, for example.) That would put Pan and Videl in play to be targeted by Bojack and his crew. I think Pan would be the better target for them; while Videl being in danger would make Gohan angry, Pan being in danger would make him furious. Possibly furious enough to push to the next level, whatever that may be.

Hear hear. So long as she doesn't catch the Homemaker Virus and remains a proud warrior. That'd make for a striking difference among other female main characters. Not to mention it could open up a whole new world of a warrior race that ISN'T the Saiyans. Do they have the same perks of growing stronger when near death? What's their culture like? Their ethos? Do they have a caste system like the Saiyans or something different? Are they as capable of reaching such levels of pure power as the Saiyans? One would assume so. I'd love to see a whole new hierarchy of transformations unique to the Heras. There's honestly so much potential to explore with the Hera Race and Bojack's crew of space pirates.

As I recall for Fusion Reborn, Hell's souls were able to constantly swarm Earth because of the massive distortions that Janemba's presence was causing. While I like the idea of finding a creative reason for why Goku and Vegeta couldn't be present, having Janemba be the villain without justifying the difference from the original would only do more harm than good to the prospect.

how about a movie of Raditz coming back. His torture in hell was to continuously seeing his Little brother get stronger. He sees Goku's every detail of his life. But he mostly focuses on Goku's training. So he starts training and also meditates. And because of that he was able to turn Super Saiyan 1- 3. And he also knows the kaioken. And with that power he starts to create chaos. He wants to be set free so he uses Super Saiyan 3 + kaioken times 20 in hopes of something could happen. With his roaring power the tears a hole that leads him to freedom

Green G I agree. Though, the chronological place of the original movie is rather difficult to find. Was it just after the return of Goku from Yardrat ? Then, there would be a mention of the threat of the androids; Goku and cie seemed pretty relaxed before Cooler and his henchmen showed up.

@@Pinklaeti75 I think chronologically Cooler's movie would have taken place sometime during the three years before the androids attacked, and maybe Goku and the others are just using this time to relax and take a break from training for the moment, and did not want to think about the androids at the time.

Plus, very little would need to be changed about Cooler. You'd just need to explain where he's been all this time. I'd suggest having Cooler and his minions have gone off to some far-flung part of the universe to create his own empire since the brothers don't get along and Frieza was King Cold's favorite. I'd also suggest making it so that Cooler isn't as innately strong as Frieza, but instead has been training all along in order to surpass his brother. Thus his 5th form. And when he finds out about Golden Frieza, he'll want to one-up that. Either give him the Golden Cooler form seen in Dragon Ball Heroes, or highlight his obsession with being *better* than his younger brother by making him become something like Platinum Cooler.

I think being trapped in a star/planet could still work actually. Just have them be sealed by the Supreme Kais for causing so much trouble/damage they were mucking up the balance/natural order before Buu wiped all but Shin and the sealed Old Kai out. It'd also show the Supreme Kais of old actually did their job in nurturing the universe and helping it grow and if they were still around Universe 7 might not have been the second to last weakest in the multiverse.

I actually like the Dragon Ball Multiverse backstory for him as a Criminal who was used as a test subject for a Super Soldier Program to fight King Cold's Empire.(although King Cold wasn't in charge at the time, his father was) if they did something like this in Dragon Ball Super it would also be a good reason to include Freiza. It would also be nice if Gohan could still be the one to beat him, and a good excuse to bring Gohan back up to speed as one of the strongest characters.

Hey, so long as we’re talking about a potential movie focusing on space pirates, why not throw Turles/Tullece into the mix? It could potentially be interesting to have a rivalry between him and Bojack, especially in light of your recommendation for a larger Saiyan/Heran rivalry. I’d change Turles’ design, though, to make him _not_ look exactly like Goku. Modern DB already has Goku Black; we don’t need another lookalike.

Turles and Bojack is such an on the nose obvious pairing, I'm kinda baffled XV2 made Turles and Slug a duo when it really should've been Turles and Bojack. But I don't think there's ever been a proper team up between them even though the potential for fun character interactions is definitely there. Both members of rival warrior races, both space pirates. Turles seems to value his crewmates up to a point, and is surprisingly patient and forgiving compared to your average Saiyan warrior. Bojack doesn't give a damn about his help, as was made horribly apparent with how he treated Zangya. Right there, there's conflict in ideologies.

I’ve got an idea for one of them movie reboots. The tree of might. Turles could be a literal clone of Goku created by a rogue group of the Freeza force. Since Goku always seems to beat Freeza, they figure they no longer need the weakling so long as they have the clone but in order to get him up to snuff. They plan on using an item that’s in Freeza’s treasure fault, a seed of the Tree of life. The reason they want to use this and also the reason Freeza never even considered using it himself, It’s because it’s original purpose was to be used on the worlds the God of destruction deemed should be destroyed, it was also a food source for that particular god, they would also give them a power boost needed to always be the strongest in the universe so they could continue to do their job.

The best way to introduce Bojack is right now (in the Manga atleast) with the Galactic Prisoner Maros arc. His last wish was to release the prisoners, so why not have Bojack and his crew hit up earth while Vegeta and Goku are off in space trying to find a way to stop Maros. Bojack thinks earth is undefended, and Gohan shows up and leads the fight.

You know what I'd like to see as far as movie characters rebooted? Cooler. You could get a whole thing with him and Freeza teaming up and then turning on each other at some point, or have Freeza having to team up with the Z Warriors to help take down his brother. Either of those would be interesting and fun to see since we've never really fully seen Cooler and Freeza interact.

I like this idea! Champa could want to show off his Earth to beerus and the Earth Saiyan's, and because universe 6 is more connected it seems, Earth 6 could be slightly more technologically advanced in some ways. More space ports and whatnot and mixing of cuisines (which Champa could particularly brag about). Maybe after the conference thing, the Herans can go on a treasure hunt involving some of the old Dragonball items. One shows up to Goku's house as videl and pan visit Goten and Chichi and they all can end up fighting together but still getting defeated (pan could end up being kidnapped, maybe Chichi made a version of kid Gohan's costume but the hat has a jewel instead of a Dragonball?) Good to expand on some stuff

I have actually pseudo-done this with my mythic pathfinder "gods in the making" game (very long story short) I basically retooled Bojack's race as an uncommon mutation of the Kais. changed his name to Bido so the players didn't realize right away, and his plan was to take a seed of one of the kai trees of life and corrupt it to only grow kais like his kind, so one of his followers snatched the seed and fled, and ended up with the players who have been trying to protect her from him and his pirate followers. he has basically become the party's Thanos right now and it is kinda great.

I like it. But characters I think that will get the chance to do anything is: Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Piccolo and Maybe 17 and 18. Goku, Vegeta, Beerus and Whis are taken to universe 6 for whatever reason. Allowing the portal to be open, Bojack’s crew member “the short one” keeps it open haven’t been spying this entire time. Allowing them to slip threw. Bojack loves beautiful and unique things, and his goal is too steal all of that from uni7. He sends out his crew, each of them taking and bringing back something to the ship, the zwarriors encounters most of them but unable to stop them. Bido and the short one would fight Goten and Trunks who are at capsule Corp. Zangya would fight Krillin and 18, Zangya trying to steal jewels and Krillin being a cop would help but then she tries to steal Krillin. Gobku would fight 17 bc he was trying to still animals and Piccolo comes to assist him. Bojack on the other hand, fancies Videl and takes her and Pan and yadda yadda. Just leave Goku and Vegeta in uni6 n they come back surprised

I know this would sound a little fanfic-y, but what if the rebooted version lumped all of the "space pirate" type villains into one crew? Turles, Slug, and Bojack all working together would be more interesting to look at than 6 characters all with teal skin, red hair, and almost no dialogue, plus a crew of different species would better sell the idea that they had been all over the galaxy in their time. Not to mention, having a universe 6 version of Turles would make for a nice bit of fun by presenting the idea of Caulilfla, Kale, and Cabba fighting a saiyan villain.

I like your idea for sure and I had my own ideas for rebooting the movie villains. With Bojack I'd like to see his crew come in while vegeta and goku were busy else where have Gohan take the win again and give trunks and gotten purpose in fighting one of them and having to fuse but I'd also want them to be teens. How ever I changed a lot about them and I like thatb you didnt even more so I'm never disappointed with your content thank you.

@@MrDeflador Yeah, Cooler's movies don't make any sense at all. First movie seems to use the characters post-Frieza saga and Goku was off Earth at this time. Second movie uses the cast while they should be dealing with Androids 17-20.

I feel like bojack and his gang would be a could counter for the pride troopers. I mean every universe has a Frieza/frost level threat. It makes sense that the pride troopers needed to be formed based on some threat and bojack could very easily be that.

Great idea, but you could also have it be a side story to the Moro Arc with Bojack and his crew escaping Galactic Patrol Prison along with all the other prisoners thanks to Moro’s wish, and they could go to Earth while Goku and Vegeta deal with Moro, just like those Pasta guys they caught earlier in the arc. It could be a movie that takes place during the Moro Arc with ties to that arc, or a Gohan-centric spin-off or something. They could’ve even helped Moro escape prison in the first place by distracting the guards or something like that.

In my fan-story "DragonBall NH", Cooler is still Frieza's brother, but he was born a mutant. Like Broly, you thought... But no. Reverse. He was born weaker then regular FriezaRace member. He was so weak, that KingCold had to implement life support in him. (For example, he's helmet(like in 5thForm) helps him breath. Like DarthVader, yeah)

This is probably one of my favourite ideas for a reboot yet, especially with the idea to use Universe 6. It'd be nice to see Broly get some control and go at it with Kale, and maybe even see Frost and Frieza's interactions.

This would make for a really good plot and could then be used as a way for gohan to realize that he maybe needs to put a bit more effort into his training so he can protect the earth better while goku and vegeta are gone and maybe even see a ssgod gohan in the next arc/movie.

Doubt this comment would be read but I feel gohan should fully embrace his great saiyaman persona. Scolar by day hero by night. He fights for justice not the fun of it. He could take pride in being earths public guardian. Imagine the headline great saiyaman saves city from space pirates. I feel its a great way to preserve his passivisim and push him to get stronger as the threats that face earth grow stronger and goku and vegeta cant always be around. Also you know maybe ssj god great saiyaman or ultra great saiyaman mode haha.

Like Vegeta, Bojack would resist mind control, but plays along for the Majin boost while subtlety sabotaging Babidi, his ultimate goal being to use the threat of unleashing Buu to extort the universe into granting him anything he wants.

I like the idea of Goku and Vegeta visiting Universe 6 for a tournament, although perhaps change the tournament to be on Sadala of Universe 6. Bojack and the others could still hear about how some of the strongest members of universe 7 are in their universe so they can just take whatever the hell they want from Universe 7's that makes sense, but I feel like it should begin with flashback involving Frost, their conflict with the universe 6 Saiyans, and what the Herans do after Frost's loss of power. If this were a movie that is, although it may work better as an arc instead just to include the b plot in universe 6. Like the idea of Broly tagging along too, perhaps Cheelai as well and she could perhaps have a moment where she a Cauilifia argue who is going to win Broly or Kale.

I'm just throwing out an idea: What if we made Bojack more centered around the gods? Since his race is called "The Race of Hera", why not make his planet a world where they're incredibly interested in the ideas of godly beings. But have Bojack and his crew as skeptics who think that the gods don't exist(while also keeping his space pirate origins the same). After a scuffle with the galactic patrol, Bojack realizes that the gods are real and he tells his crew to do more information. The could get the info out of Jaco that the god of destruction Beerus has a high interest in earth. Bojack would believe that the Earth might be a treasure of some sort since the G.o.D has interests in it and heads to earth. You could have it so that Goku and Vegeta are off world on Beerus' planet and have the rest of the z-fighters squabble with Bojack.
