I do think Jaime would be swiftly dispatched by Cersei the second she knew she was betrothed to Raeghar, so, no loss of virginity for him in an inn with his twin sister when they were 15, rather a sudden cold shoulder. I cannot imagine her wanting to have him around when she would marry her precious Raeghar, she would make all she could to keep him away and pretend nothing untoward ever happened between them, and that he was only her annoying little brother, overly attached. Jaime would have a rough awakening, methinks. Alas, less rough at 14 than at 34 I guess! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Both would result in really similar events to the video in terms of grand sceme: no rebellion/no dead Starks/no Dany dragons arc. Probably Martell allies instead of Lannister ones help Rhegar overthrow his dad through a grand council. Elia's children either marry each other or Dany+Viserys, who would hopefully turn out slightly better with a living mom+ disposed crazy dad. Idk who Cercei would marry with Rhegar, Robert, and Brandon married off which I think are all of the first sons of a rank with her, maybe Oberyn, which would be wild idk how exactly but definitely wild, or maybe Stannis if Tywin really wanted to strengthen alliances with the other kingdoms. I think her and Ned would be a fun match if she moved past her Northern biases and he gave her real honest love and respect which he seems capable of, but he's got Ashara in this scenario, which could be an interesting connecting force between the North and the crown/Dorne. Maybe the Arryn Heir, I think he'd be alive here. We'd still have a kingsguard Jaime here, cause all the drama with Tywin would be the same, so if theres a wildfire scare if Rhegar has to take kingslanding to get the throne he could become kingslayer, would be interesting to see Rhegar's reaction, could cause drama with Tywin due to the bad relationship. Maybe a poisoning/assassin attempt by him against Elia to try and get Cercei as queen since Elia is known to be sickly? I don't see Tywin trying to start a war or anything, but if Jaime marries Lysa they would be apart of the Vale-North-Riverlands-Stormlands powerblock which chould be worrying for Rhegar, who only has Dorne, if things do turn bad during his reign cause no dragon power here to support the throne's hold over the kingdom. It would still be a interesting story cause stuff could still be a bit messy in terms of the Targs hold on the kingdom, which could increase the drama proceeding and during the Long Night

Very interesting! I do agree that Rhaegar and Tywin would work together to overthrow Aerys and that things would be better/there wouldn't be a rebellion. I wonder, though, how Littlefinger would figure in to all this. Would he still try to get revenge on Brandon, and get Cateyln for himself? I'm trying to imagine his plan, but I'm not that twisty, lol. His "pieces" are all in different spots: he could probably still get Lysa to kill her husband, but I'm not sure how he'd use that to generate strife between Brandon and the crown.

I think, that Cersei would still turn out to be a spiteful monster, but in an entirely different way. She craves attention. Being queen to a guy that really doesn't care for being king, gives her the spot of being the big authority in whatever castle they'd be in. Her ego, would also be majorly stroked. This guy is not only a legend beloved by all, he also constantly blabbers on about his wife being the chosen one that births the heads of the dragon. I see Cersei really liking that role. Sure, emotionally she'd be starved, but come on, that part of her psyche already broke a long time ago. And thinking of all the Targaryen incest, I'd see her sleeping with Jaime still very much a possibility and I'd even see Rheagar being fine with it, since he only cares for the prophecy. Do as long as she doesn't openly become unfaithful and starts disobeying him in public, he most likely wont care much. Cersei wouldn't have been happy. And she'd still be an awful person. But I can see this marriage working out as significantly better than what happened. Not good by a long shot, but a lot less physically abusive and all in all not as a constant war between the two.

Part of the reason she lost her shit was because she lost another baby(rhaegal), her boyfriend jon wasn't there for her emotionally, her best friend died, and her few friends remaining were clearly growing cold to her. If rhaegal isn't dead theres a good chance she wouldnt have snapped. if she didnt then wed get an ending with her as queen and jon as her consort. If she did still blow up kings landing, either rhaegal would turn on jon knowing he would kill his mother(dragons are shown to be sentient with a connection to their riders to read their emotions somewhat in the show, novels, and hotd), if rhaegal goes along with jon then rhaegal will likely be killed by his brother drogon, potentially with jon and dany dying together similar to aemond and daemon, or jon and rhaegal will just die leaving mad queen dany to rule. a TLDR is: nothing changes, dany rules with jon as her consort, jon dies, dany and jon die

Dany only rode Drogon. She never rode Rhaegal. If we insert this lore into the story, Rhaegal would've been bonded with Jon and never left his side. And if Dany flies south by herself, she's getting shot down by Euron and his fleet. And even if she and Drogon survive, Dragon would likely be heavily injured. Another interesting tidbit is that Jon riding around on Rhaegal would only add to his legitimacy.

The only real issue I have with this theory is the Jamie x Lysa part. I think Lysa would not marry another big houses lord or heir due to her losing her virginity to Petyr Baelish. Tywin would no longer approve, and jon Aerryn wouldnt have the rebellion motivation to marry her. Perhaps if Littlefinger works his way up Hoster would still let her marry him later on

I think that, given the arguments that you expose in the video, it is possible that instead of a Robert rebellion, we would have had a Rhaegar rebellion (Silver Prince War?) ... Aerys was really crazy, that worsened every day and it would not changed just to marry Cersei with Rhaegar, at some point it would have been necessary to overthrow him to save the realm, houses like Lannister, Arryn, Stark and, ironically, Baratheon could have supported Rhaegar, and that even makes sense because without dragons in between the loyalty of the great houses was what kept the Targaryen on the throne.

Gendry’s saying that he was told his mother had yellow hair was probably just the writers giving another simple piece of “evidence” that the offspring of a Baratheon and blonde person *always* comes out brunette. Cersei would not have easily given up a child of Robert as that would have solidified his love for her and helped him to forget Lyanna. Robert likely adored her as she carried their child. Unless he still wished it was Lyanna. In which case, Cersei could definitely have swapped Gendry for a dead baby from the orphan house. But I’m still going with it was the writers making it simple for Ned and the viewers.

Jaime being in the Kingsguard was his choice, that actually wasn't on Aerys. Jaime himself wanted to stay close to Cersei and being in the Kingsguard meant that he would never have to take a wife and could remain faithful to her. I also think Cersei would have been put aside just like Elia was because Rhaegar was obsessed with the prophecy. Cersei was not the "Ice" that he needed.

One thing you didn’t take into account… Cersei was the same age as Lyanna (we are told Raeghar met her at the tourney of Harrenhal when she was 15 and Jaime was also 15 when he was sworn to the Kingsguard in this same tourney). For all this to happen Raeghar would have to wait to marry Cersei until she was around 15 (unless you make him an even worse paedo), so, probably no marriage, no children before he meets Lyanna. He could still make a big mess of it all as a bachelor. Speaking of the what if with Deamon and Mysaria had a son I have a interesting idea, let say that Meakor is in love with both Baela and Rhaena but he can't have Baela because Jacaerys is alive but with Lucerys gone I can see a interesting storyline for lord waters, imagine if he does think about joining the greens but when they learn about Lucerys death, there is a prefect opportunity for Meakor to not only just rise through the ranks of the blacks but also prove his loyalty to Rhaenyra and win Rhaena heart, I am speaking of blood and cheese because remember Maekor is different form all the other kids because unlike them he a street kid he knows how to move around the city, and maybe knows it inside and out and given his mom line of work he probably knows about the hidden passageways, so I say he goes with blood and cheese and while they go off to do there thing he goes after and kills Aemond cutting off his head and taking it back to dragonstone showing it to Rhaenyra giving her a reason to trust him and make him a true targaryen, and freeing Vhagar for Rhaena.

To the second one: I imagine Viserys would remarry. If he could have no more children then. Rhaenrya would be Queen but her Strong boys would be illegitimate and so wouldn't be allowed on the throne.
