Z territory, but no Saiyan Saga like we know it. Think about it, Radditz lived this time and took Gohan off the planet. And I don't remember anybody telling him about the dragon balls. Meaning Nappa and Vegeta have no reason to come to earth here (yet).

Answering the end of video hypotheticals with my theories in order; I think as far as Raditz/Gohan is concerned, this is a (very slightly) more trained Gohan with magical potential who reads for fun rather than out of obligation. I think this Gohan would be more open to training in the flavor of that which Piccolo'd provided in the original, and his curiosity and inquisitive nature would probably get him to at least ask about and absorb the history of the saiyans from his uncle, perhaps embracing a few small characteristics which made sense to him and did not conflict with his current worldview as a 4 year old. I think that as far as going into space, well, it could very much go in a similar direction than with the Frieza saga. You have to keep in mind here that Kami is a lot more personally involved in the lives of Goku and Chi-Chi, and has a soft spot for their romance and therefore likely its byproduct; Gohan. Also, with Raditz having mentioned Namekians when he encountered Piccolo, that could've triggered some memories where Kami or Popo were concerned, prompting the spaceship of the old Namekian to come into play. Assuming Gohan still had his dragon ball hat, Bulma could make them a more powerful radar to find IT and therefore locate Gohan in space? I think Chi-Chi will definitely make it to King Kai's in time. A couple of reasons for this; 1. She's currently stronger than Goku was in the same time frame in canon. 2. She has magic in addition to ki - though she's not as experienced with the latter as Goku was, I imagine. 3. It might be toned down in comparison, but Chi-Chi IS a very protective (rather than overprotective like in the original) mother, as was shown by her constantly trying to go for the pod in the midst of the battle with Raditz. You know how they say mothers get an adrenalin boost when they feel their children are in danger? I'm sure she'd make it much faster than Goku did in the original work. All that said; fantastic video. I look forward to more of this story.

It would be interesting for Gohan to pick up some Raditzy traits and maybe even temporarily fight on the Saiyan side (probably by being convinced that it would be fun to fight strong guys, but easily swayed back since he wouldn't be malicious). I think Gohan having the same calming effect on Raditz as he had Piccolo would be fun, though. Maybe Vegeta tries to off Gohan and Raditz sacrifices his life or something.

He learned the lesson after her counterpart´s "Breakfast Fight Club" debacle on Namek (from Female!Goku´s storyline). -> Merely giving "powerlevel" to Chichi at the DBZ stage of the series only exacerbated some of her "core" personality issues (that were a proper "flaw" of her character back in the original Dragon Ball). By also training her on "magic" (taking a level or two in the D&D Druid class, minus the shapeshifting) to create an "spirital steam valve" for her otherwise represed emotions, she can become more balanced as a person [plus tricks!].

I was going to say "why not use the Dragonballs to bring Gohan back to Earth?"... only to then realize that would mean that there would be no way to revive Chi-Chi in the immediate future. And while shocking that Chi-Chi was killed, I kind of saw it coming, since we obviously can't have Goku die again right now. Not to say that the predictable was bad at all, you still are weaving this story very well, and I am looking forward to the next part!

Something that has gone over many people's heads right now is the fact that, at this time, the dragon team are as off yet unaware of the presence of Vegeta and Nappa. So while yes it's urgent that Goku and Piccolo go to space to find Gohan and Raditz, but meeting the 2 stronger Saiyans is gonna be under *very* different circumstances with likely less time to prepare.

At gohans age raditz can probably turn him into a potent Saiyan warrior but probably couldnt turn him against goku at least not in such a short period of time. Goku and piccolo meanwhile should have little trouble getting into space. Theres 3 options. They could take Kami's ship. Bulma could rework Goku's ship or Tights could call jaco that last one though is unlikely

With Raditz training Gohan I can see a point in time where once Raditz shows off one of his techniques like Double Sunday Gohan will 100% be amazed by that beam being able to destroy a really large mountain and would Idolize Raditz as a Cool Teacher which would be something that Raditz would appreciate having someone that sees him as someone cool and once Gohan manages to perform one of Raditz's Technique very well that will make Raditz Proud which can really help him change to be good much faster compared to Piccolo with Raditz never knowing that all he needs is someone that looks up to him as a Strong and Cool Teacher and not some weakling that gets belittled and humiliated

I can absolutely tell raditz isn't going to be as 'Harsh' on gohan. I mean that in a sense of he already sees gohan as family and is easily swayed when put into a corner, heck this might actually be better for gohan than traning with piccolo

It's really obscure, but there's actually a prequel to Raditz coming to earth in Dokkan Battle of all things It shows him, basically at the same power as Goku at the start of Z, training to prove Vegeta and Nappa somewhat wrong about him being useless. Afterwards after showing a boost in strength Vegeta comments that maybe if there were more Low Class Saiyans maybe they could one day overpower Frieza, then Raditz mentions Goku to essentially draft him. It's obviously not Canon, but I figured it would be cool info for people to know
