This one always felt like such a weird ending. Like Dabi getting away with everything and only just carrying some guilt over his actions doesn't really sit right with me. Dude killed plenty of people, then he just feels bad after killing his dad?

He basically gets away with murder upon murder then gets to act like he can make the world a better place when he's clearly mentally damaged.

What if Deku had a Immunity Quirk: Basically what if Deku had the ability to be immune to all Quirks and their affects. However, if Deku was shot, stabbed, punched, or just harmed by anything that wasn’t a Quirk he would take damage. Example; if Deku was stabbed by Stain, he would be hurt, but he would be immune to Blood Curdle. If Deku was fighting Shigaraki he would be immune to Decay, but wouldn’t be immune to any falling debris caused by it. If Deku was fighting Star Servant and he tried to stab Deku with glass by using his Quirk, it wouldn’t hurt him. In this universe Deku isn’t bullied by Bakugo as much, sure he may still punch him, but Bakugo can’t just threaten to blow him up. Deku might develop an ego, not to the extent like Bakugo, but would think of himself to be invulnerable. After collecting his notebook from the pond and going through the underpass, Deku is attacked by the Sludge Villain. However, the villain is unable to strangle him or even possess him, thanks to Deku’s Quirk. When AllMight saves him, Deku thanks him and asks for an autograph. After getting it Deku leaves, believing that he wouldn’t have to ask if he would be a Hero since Deku thought he was going to easily make it big. When he goes to the entrance exams he realizes he’s fighting robots, things completely immune to his Quirk. Deku would lose soundly. His pride now shattered, Deku breaks down and can’t comprehend how he lost when Bakugo made it. Deku, begrudgingly, takes the General Studies course where he meets Shinso. They bond over how unfair the exam is and wait for the U.A. Sports festival. In one outcome they successfully transfer and replace other students. In the other, they fail. Whether it’s because they don’t place in the top three or because the Hero Course refuses to let them, I’ll let you choose. In this second choice they become bitter towards U.A. and feel like the system is corrupt and just favors those with physical based Quirks, because it kinda does. They both leave U.A. and either become vigilantes trying to prove how strong their Quirks can be. Or leave U.A. all together and join the League Of Villains because they see the value of their Quirks. The two of them end up fighting in the Training Camp against the teachers and students who refused to recognize their usefulness. So and so forth. Of course, this is just a random thought I had, you can go through the story however you want.
