Wait, so Izuku just dies and Dabi gets away? I mean it's a good ending but there are a lot of loose ends. It would've been better if Dabi gave up his life to stop All for One and properly end the legacy of evil.

How would that have been better? Almost everything Dabi fought to get rid of would still be present and there would be no one to oppose it. At least with Dabi out there those who are wronged by society could have a cool head to guide them now that he has grown with Endeavor's death, also let's not forget that Stain would've remain a child.

@@7DeadlyJinxs That's just an assumption as to what he would do. Realistically how is he going to change anything for the better? He has AFO and is still a wanted murderer. He can't fix anything, he can't change anything aside from using force because that's all AfO is good for directly. It's not like he's going to become a politician. It's a pretty big loose end to let an idealistic murderer walk off into the sunset with one of the most dangerous quirks in history for someone like him to have.

​@@wolfman6696 That's also an assumption of yours, just like All Might's assumption that Deku could become the number 1 hero to replace him. Everything is placed under what-ifs. Regardless, the possibility is there, and whether he succeeds or not doesn't ultimately matter. What matters is that he becomes a symbol for those that have been swept aside by society to stand behind. For those people to know that they aren't alone and there is someone out there fighting for them. Debi, as the one being looked up to, could ultimately dissuade people who would otherwise seek carnage and instead turn that anger into something he considers productive. If you want an example, just look at how Stain changes the League in "What If Deku was trained by Stain". As for what you said about this being a loose end. That can only be a good thing. The universe this what-if crafted and left hanging feels realistic, why? Because there are more stories to tell. It is the sign of a powerful story that even with the conclusion, you hunger for more. You could shrug it of to an inconclusive ending, but I'd argue otherwise. Sure there are some loose ends, but this story I remind you, is about Deku's as a Nomu, which I remind you again, concluded with his last heroic act, and it was an act to remember, not to scoff at. Even with Deku's no longer being the protagonist I'd wager a good story could be made out of the leftovers of those loose ends, and I'll be there to watch it if such idea ever manifested itself in this channel.

I was gonna swear he would feel bad about what he and his friends did to Deku and would transfer longevity or regeneration quirk to him to fix the mistake. Or some quirk that allows him to combat the virus and fix his organs.

What if Inko told Deku that he could still be a hero when he was four years old and just discovered that he was quirkless. What would happen is that Inko would enroll Deku in self defense classes and the two would also workout (Deku more then his mom but she would come whit Deku do morning runs for example). It would result in Deku being much more confident then in cannon, being just slightly buffer and taller then his cannon self after the ten months of training, also having pretty good hand to hand fighting skills and Inko being healthier (so no fat Inko).

@@spyderblitz7198 Nah, I mean, realistically he'd feel a little guilty for not being able to save him, but at the same time if All Might, literally the #1 Hero couldn't do it. Why put that on himself when there were half a dozen other Pros who did jack shit? Plus the main source of his violent bullying would be gone, his life might actually *improve* if Bakugo died at that point. That's ignoring if All Might would or would not speak to him after the fact seeing as that moment would've had a big impact on both of them.
