Dark Knightmon being a hybrid spirit made me realize Skull Knightmon and Deadly Axemon work really well together as the human and beast spirits for it with the way they digixros, like how the other anime hybrids are a combination of the two spirits.

The great thing about Digimon is how things like evolution lines can evoke one thing at one stage and then something else at another. Loved the picks and your thoughts Karn!

One thing I like about Hookmon and Frozomon hybriding into Raidenmon that's entirely cosmetic but a cool connecting feature is that they all just have the one left eye. And I just think that looks neat! I also like Lucemon for Takeru/TK even with Falldown Mode, because as we saw through 02, Takeru _hates_ the darkness due to the events of Adventure, but he hates it so much that it makes him aggressive; he physically fights the Digimon Emperor and he's always the quickest to jump to eradicating evil. I'm not trying to say Takeru is becoming that age-old "so high and mighty good that you become evil" trope but I think it would be darkly ironic if Takeru's true hatred of evil also made him susceptible to being turned to evil acts, because evil is so good at making its deals and actions seem natural and justified. I think if Takeru doesn't _know_ he's being lead down a dark path, he's a little more susceptible to following it, you know, so long as you don't make yourself known as a cackling evil devil that he wants to beat up.

Honestly the idea of a LordKnightmon and DarkKnightmon as the HEROIC main duo of a Frontier-esque season is interesting on its own! And it's also nice because Imperialdramon Paladin Mode founded the royal knights, and Magnamon is one of its members.

Hookmon, Frozomon and Raidenmon are a very strong cohesive group, they even have a similar face! I could see the Digmon influence being the mechanical aspects as much as it is for Submarimon as Digmon is an armored drilling bug.

Digimon 02 frontier adventure let's goooo!!!! I've been waiting for this since last week! Kausgammamon got me, also zephagamon is pretty cool, also tropiamon for beast spirit, since beast spirit is mostly an ultimate/perfect level, Hookmon, Frozomon both have the matching levels and one eye, so more points (Raidenmon still one eye). Also chirimon as beast spirit for TK, cuz the same reason with tropiamon, also ken with GulusGammamon, since Davis has Kausgammamon lmao (corrupted spirit ken, purified beast spirit, canonbeemon). Ok that's it, that's the comment! Another great video!

@Karn_EX i think Zamielmon would be a good spirit evo for Ken, and could work for him as either corrupted or good. it would work as a Fusion of Petermon and Forgebeemon as well, since Zamielmon is a humanoid insect digimon with green colors (kinda like Stingmon as well).

I like Lordknightmon for Ken because his weapon would be a shield. It fits his crest of kindness and contrasts his iconic whip as the Digimon Emperor. Plus, LKmon and Dynasmon are commonly seen fighting together just like Ken and Davis

Funny that you should use Parasaurmon - I was *just* working on a '02 Otherwhen/alt continuity that also associated Yolei with Parasaurmon to go from bird to grass, inspired a bit by Allomon. In my case, I was considering how 02 gave us four new partner Digimon and the original Adventure gave us four Dark Masters. So imagine if they got reborn as partner Digimon. Trying to get MetalSeadramon, Puppetmon, Machinedramon, and Piedmon out of Veemon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon, and Wormmon (in any order, but preferably with Veemon as Piedmon) was SUPER hard, and I'm still not happy with my choices.

Ken's dark mega could also be Craniamon. Not only does he have a dark look to him but he is often depicted as noble and kind to weaker mons.A good melding of "evil looking but still representing kindness" Perhaps a lil bug digimon could be his friend too. XD Kunemon does need more love

using Ken as the purified and corruped kid is a great choice, though i'm surprised Wallace from America isn't added in too. not in the MAIN cast, just in the movie during that series's time, he also fits the corrupted/purified area too cause he has twin digimon, with one getting corrupted. But he's a bonus 02 Digidestined though so i understand

Olegmon for Cody would be great with Hookmon and Frozomon, the ice theme is sorta lost but Olegmon is a big golden viking bringing the yellow from the knowledge digiegg/mental with a bulky seafaring warrior.

Ok, I actually really like Darcmon for Yolei. The top of her staff even kind of looks like the Digimental of Light. Now I'll be honest, I'm a bit more of a stickler for levels than you are. So I would kind of prefer Toropiamon for her Beast spirit. For TK, man it's hard, I'll admit. Pidmon feels way too easy. Maybe Wizardmon for the human? Then maybe Tylinmon for the Beast, would still be alright with Kentaurosmon. For the Digimon Emporer, the human spirit is also tough. I'm considering Evilmon, then maybe Scorpiomon and GrandDracmon? Tough though. Maybe Gulus Gamamon?

Covering all five Digidestined from their group would be.. very, very difficult with what little we know of 3 of them. ..Also thinking about it, this theoretical Spirit timeline arguably shouldn't have made Mako a complete emotional mess, huh? I think for TK having Lucemon would be best as a human spirit then having a weaker version of Lucemon shadow lord mode as the beast spirit. Then after TK masters both sides his hybrid form can be Lucemon chaos mode. And if his gets a unified spirit then Lucemon X antibody.

Man digi spirits are so underrated my only complaint from digimon frontiers is that the kids weren’t able to speak with the spirits it would have being fun to watch Takuya and gang speak with the spirits using the digivice something that bothered me is that the digimon inside the digivice were living beings but they have zero personality we only saw them speak by the end of the show.
