Using the Red Stone of Aja on a vampire with the correct mask wouldn't help against the sun. Since from what we hear from the characters in the show, the regular mask wasn't able to fully pierce the brains of the pillarmen when they first used them. But with the Red Stone of Aja and that mask, Kars was able to fully pierce his brain and become a Vampire Pillarman / The Ultimate Lifeform.

If Dio had won at Windknight's Lot Jonathan would have had the worst fate. At that point Dio was set on making Jonathan his zombie (mostly because he initially didn't want to do that but he found that feeling to be a weakness in him and he wanted to overcome said weakness) and we saw with Bruford that it would have meant having Jonathan obeying Dio and doing whatever he said and not be able to die unless a hamon user freed and killed him. Like if Dio wanted zombie Jonathan to kill Erina or Speedwagon he would do it while being conscious about it, it would have been one of the most horrible things Dio could do to him.

Remember that if Dio defeated the stardust crusaders that Polnareff would still be alive because Dio would have to fight them earlier on to achieve it. And Polnareff was only interested in revenge earlier till he developed a bond later on, and because DIO never hated Polnareff and would be perfectly fine letting him get revenge on him for his own satisfaction since DIO never trusted Enyaba and her kid anyway.

Wammu would have the likeliest chance of beating Vanilla Ice- He can simply see the gaps in the air and dodge with the wind and his athletic prowess. Even if Vanilla tried to get close, he’d have to come out to look sometime. That’s where Wammu wins. It’s a very short battle about: Wammu finding out the ability of Cream in around 2 seconds (400IQ momento) Waiting for Vanilla to come take a look, as he notices the up and down movements like a routine. Kars was the ultimate being, but he had the limitation of beings. The pillar man even without stands, just with their huge IQ, extreme power, regeneration and speed, could beat most of part 3 stands 1v1. Now, pillar man with stands, as long as those stands aren't totally useless, could flatline DIO easily. Joseph beat them just because of their pride, Hamon (which DIO can't use), a lot of luck and the fact that they didn't take him seriously. The pillar man wouldn't underestimate a vampire like they did with a human and DIO wouldn't have much time to assess the situation and considering his character, he would have more pride then the pillar men combined.

You sure that Dio could become a perfect being like Kars? Kars made that mask to work specifically for his species. Even with the red stone of Aja I doubt the mask would be able to make Dio a perfect being. Heck, the stone was only needed because the mask needed extra power to pierce their skulls. Even with a stand, Dio would be pretty much powerless against the Pillarmen, as he would not be able to kill them. And while he could potentially have the time stopping ability, all the pillarmen have to do is get into contact with his body to eat him. Considering their speed and reflexes are greater than that of vampires, Dio would probably be fucked.

There was just a minor misconception here - like nearly all time manipulation abilities, T.E., Time Accel. Time Stopping is actually universal. In part 4, Jotaro just needed to get into punching range, not timestopping range, since he could only stop it for 2 seconds and if he was too far, it'd resume before he could pull anything off. So Dio doesn't actually have a range limit on TS.

i don't think red stone mask will evolve dio at all, the stone mask is a tool to activate the untapped potential in a species/race, in this case human potential is becoming vampire, the red stone is needed *only* for pillarmen because they have thicker skull than human and the red stone works to power up the mask to be able to pierce their skull and unleashing their true potential, which is becoming ultimate lifeform. So yeah, the red stone mask is useless for Dio.

Requiem as shown is never only limited to the beetle arrow, so i doubt that would happen. Dio would never have to get a requiem stand as like, whats the point.
