It's worth mentioning that Jotaro in part 3 was jumping with the stand just like Dio did, due to the anime adapting the manga it looks like they are flying because of timing issues. Manga convrys an entire exchange of dialogue in one panel of them jumping but in the manga all this exposition requires a lot more time. In the brain of a viewer, in the manga it happens in a split second while in the anime where time depends souly on the animation and not the viewers imagination it lasts way more than it should

But when Mamezuku and Gappy confronted Wonder of U, the bubbles came out and started attacking them instead. His own bubbles didn’t even listen to him. Wonder of U can make abilities useless or even backfire on their users. So no matter if you have Conqueror’s Haki or Future Sight, it won’t work because you can’t control it anymore and any attacks aimed at Wonder of U will backfire. Even if you argue that attacks won’t work on a Logia user or that they’re too fast or too durable to care, remember that Gappy and his gang nearly died from rain. Wonder of U is so overpowered that it can make something illogical like rain turning into bullets a reality. If Wonder of U can make a simple rock without haki damage a logia user or pierce tough skin like Kaido’s as if it’s butter, it’s not surprising. Even if you think they can dodge, the flow of calamities increases each time they dodge, eventually making it impossible to avoid. Once the calamities target you, they won’t stop until they hit.
