Phantom Blood: So nothing much would honestly change, but in this timeline, Dire won't do the Thunder Cross Split or instead maybe he still does but it doesn't lead to his death. But everything in Phantom Blood goes basically the same after that, so basically RIP Jonathan. 1.5: George II or Mario probably lives depending who Dire would put more effort into helping, but I don't see both surviving IMO. But I think that Caesar's siblings would get involved, and IMO, I would have George live and Mario die his canon death. Battle Tendency: So I think the part kinda starts off the same but Straitzo/you never becomes evil since Dire would still be alive to talk you out of it. But Mark still dies to the Pillar Men, maybe Loggins would survive since AC⚡DC could actually get killed off sooner, but Caesar would still go to fight Wamuu (the reason he doesn't in the Mario lives timelines is because he has no reason to in those timelines, and Caesar's brothers only did it as there way of being rebellious and to mock there father and older bro.) but Dire does tag along and he gets killed by Wamuu instead, so that Caesar can officially kill Wamuu in there fight. But the rest of 2 basically goes the same, so Joseph still "dies" and is later revealed to be alive and crash his own funeral. 2.5: Nothing to much would change, Stroheim lives, and Caesar and Stroheim obviously go on to have there families who can help in 3, 4, 5, and 6. But I can't think of to much changing, except you would die off-screen with Speedwagon and Erina most likely. (Or alternatively, you can still become a vampire and work for Dio and be in 3, or maybe even help Pucci in 6 if you wanna postpone that. But I think he can die a peaceful death IMO.) Stardust Crusaders: So obviously, Caesar, Julius, Rose, Stroheim, Dominic, Nico, George, and maybe Lisa, Messina, and Loggins tag along to bust Jotaro out of prison, and obviously they meet Avdol and Joseph. 3 mostly goes the same, with Kakyoin still becoming an ally, Polnareff also becoming an ally, Avdol "dying" against Hol Horse and J but coming back against Judgment, Hol Horse potentially turns good in the Enya arc (which depending the route could basically go into the timeline where everyone or almost everyone lives.)), and Iggy is still forced on the adventure, with Kakyoin obviously getting injured with Rose staying to help him. But for the final arc, Avdol most likely wouldn't die since I think Messina or Loggins or maybe even Lisa Lisa would take his spot against Vanilla Ice and die there, Iggy would also survive since I believe we would have hamon fighters here, for Kakyoin's death I think whoever is left between Messina, Loggins, and Lisa Lisa can die instead IMO, and I think Stroheim would die in the final fight with Kars. So IMO, George, Joseph, Jotaro, Caesar, Julius, Rose, Dominic, Nico, Avdol, Iggy, Polnareff, Kakyoin, Hol Horse, and Messina or Loggins or Lisa Lisa survive IMO. Diamond Is Unbreakable: So I think that Kakyoin would be with Jotaro in the beginning when he meets Josuke and Koichi, Avdol would join in the Red Hot Chili Pepper arc taking the place of the Speedwagon Foundation Employee who informs Jotaro about the boat's arrival with Joseph, and I think Nico, Hol Horse, George, and whoever survived between Messina, Loggins, and Lisa would be with Joseph, while Rose would make her return after Akira is defeated by Okuyasu IMO. But Part 4 basically goes the same IMO, but I think whoever survived between Messina, Loggins, and Lisa Lisa would die against Kira, and George would die to Kira so Josuke can become the hero and kill Kira. That's all for DIU TBH. Golden Wind/Venta Aurora: I think Avdol, Josuke, Okuyasu, and Rohan would go with Koichi to Italy and meet Giorno, and eventually meet Frito as well, and also meet Bruno and the rest of Team Bucciarati. IMO, I think Bruno would still become undead honestly since he was the only one who wanted to fight Diavolo, Fugo would also go on the boat instead so he's part of the team still, Abbacchio still dies but it will be Frito's fault instead, and Polnareff has Caesar, the Zeppeli twins, Julius, Dominic, and Iggy with him so he's not alone. For the body switches though. Polnareff and Caesar. Julius and Dominic. The Zeppeli twins. Avdol and Coco Jumbo. Iggy and a random cat. Giorno and Narancia. Mista and Trish. Josuke and Rohan. Okuyasu and Fugo. Koichi and Frito. Bruno and Diavolo/Doppio. But for who lives and dies, I can see one of or both of the Zeppeli twins die honestly, Narancia maybe has a chance of living TBH, Iggy would die in this part as well, and I honestly think Bruno still dies IMO, and Giorno still kills Diavolo to become the Boss. So that would be 5 IMO. Stone Ocean: So the part is gonna start off the same with Jolyne getting framed by Pucci and Johngalli A, and Jotaro still loses his stand and memories still, but after that, Joseph, Caesar, and his sisters (with any of his brothers depending if one of them do survive part 5?) going to Green Dolphin Street Prison to help Jolyne, Tenmie, Michael, Tatjana and the Duwang Gang/Morioh Warriors are still sent to help, Hol Horse joins later on with , and they still meet Sophia in the story. And for the main changes, Ermes doesn't get bedridden after killing Sports Maxx but she dies in the Punishment Ward arc, but FF would actually survive this arc, Rikiel would also turn good since I think Josuke would respect his resolve and want to help him with his anxiety, plus with George's death still effecting Josuke mentally. But Weather Report would still die, Okuyasu would die in the C-Moon fight but he would save Koichi, and Koichi would actually evolve Echoes, and Hol Horse would also die to C-Moon IMO. But the rest of the fight against Pucci goes mostly the same, but Anasui would've survived Pucci's attack since Josuke can heal him, Jotaro also lives since Anasui can still save him, I think Polnareff would also die in the fight against MIH as well to hold off Pucci, and Joseph would sacrifice himself so that Jotaro can kill Pucci IMO. So thoughts?

Sorry for my late response but I love the timeline and I agree with it, but if we are going with the Will Zeppeli timeline for Lisa Lisa, Loggins, and Messina, then Lisa Lisa would die in Avdol's spot, Loggins dies in Kakyoin's spot, and Messina dies to Kira. 2. Yeah it's kinda funny that (in this timeline.) we would have George II, Caesar, Iggy, Kakyoin, Jotaro, Narancia, Jolyne, Foo Fighters, and Anasui still alive just because Dire wasn't being stupid lol.
