That was a good list, but you're missing a few details, as some things would be different in more episodes than ya think. Gwen and Duncan kissing might happen alot earlier, and therefore cause more tension between the Amazons, probably causing Courtney, Gwen, or Duncan to be eliminated alot earlier.

Honestly I don't think that gwen would help Cody and that she still would be in episode 25 because Sierra lasted in the game only because she destroyed the aircraft and because Sierra is gone and I don't think that gwen would do something like that, gwen should be eliminated there and Cody should work for himself and because now he will play alone I think that he definitely would loses at least tied up with them and loose a fight with Alejandro in the finale

Duncan doesn't get eliminated that Episode Duncan Gwen and Noah Vote Alejandro Heather Alejandro and Cody votes Duncan Blainely is the wild card but she votes Heather this ends two ways Alejandro leaves cause Gwen begs Cody or Alejandro gets Blainely to vote with him
