Some tips on this game: 1. Coma and Insanity can take out a lot of cure, some other symptoms does as well but not as much 2. I usually suggest starting in Madagascar to beginners. For me, they just LOVE to close their port the second they find out about the plague and then there’s no way in, and it becomes impossible to win. However, it can make the start of the game a bit slower starting on an island with a fairly small population and pretty extreme climate. But it’s fairly unadvanced and has plenty of mosquitos and other vectors to help spread things
