I didn't realize that all those events happened in the same week! So, Hope died on a mission for SHIELD. That mission was in Odessa which means that she took the place of Black Widow who in our reality was shot ("can't wear a bikini anymore") and wounded by Winter Soldier. Therefore Hope was killed by Bucky..

I really liked this episode, even though there is a bitter sweet ending. I can understand why some wouldnt enjoy it but its what make this episode a solid one. Good to see Larry back btw, but what the hell? xD Was he tied up in the basement so you could take charge of the channel? xD

To be fair, What If comics had cool premises, but the writing was so rushed to explore the consequences in a single issue. Also, they were comics they had new artists display their craft while learning. So… the quality was hit and miss. It was kind of expected. The same may hold true with this series. Although, the quality of writers is much higher. This wasn’t a bad episode, but it wasn’t great. That’s okay. Even Marvel Studios’ poorest output seems better than the average superhero flick.
