As for Hank Pym being a villain, in the comics, he did become a villain for a while. I think it was that the size changing was messing with his brain chemistry, causing extreme mood swings, or some such. The only comics I actually read with him in it was the West Coast Avengers from the 80's, where Hank chose to be the tech guy, and rarely went on missions.

To clear up the confusion about Loki's casket - that's not Tessaract but Casket of Eternal Winter from the first Thor movie, an artifact of frost giants taken from them by Odin. And yeah, it can freeze everything per its name.

There's an eight-part comic named "Fury's Big Week" that was released digitally as part of the marketing for the 2012 Avengers movie that established that the events of Iron Man 2, The Incredible Hulk and the first Thor film all took place within the same week. It shows what Fury, Coulson, Romanoff and Barton were doing during the events of those movies. Most notably, Romanoff was doing a lot of stuff behind the scenes during several key moments of The Incredible Hulk. This episode is based on that. Also, Coulson's admiration for the Avengers in this episode is a little exaggerated as far as I'm concerned. Might be because I'm used to the more nuanced Phil Coulson from the Marvel's Agents of SHIELD TV show, but the way he was written in this episode came off more like a caricature based solely on his portrayal in the Avengers film.

To be fair to Loki calling Earth Midgard, we still use the name Germany for the country the people there call Deutschland. It's been quite common to call places things the natives don't. Especially, but not exclusively, for westerners to change eastern names. Peking instead of Beijing, Bombay instead of Mumbai, Germans (and many others) calling the Polish city of Gdansk, Danzig, Ceylon instead of Sri Lanka...and the list goes on. We may have learned to be more respectful, but it isn't a finished quest.

😁 My spoof prediction for the coming What If Party Thor episode aka: Magic Thor xXxL. [Rated R] Story line Odinson is a twenty-year old Asgardian Prince living in Tampa, Florida. By day he works as a roofer while at night, as Magic Thor, he is the star attraction of the Kings of Tampa, a group of male strippers. Secretly he wants out in order to become the King of Asgard, but he still wasn't able to prove that he is humble, thus worthy of the Asgardian crown. One night Pietro, a teenaged Sokovian work-mate of Odinson, follows him to the club and, when one of the acts is unable to go on, he is prevailed upon to strip using the moniker Ralph Boner - becoming a huge hit. However success goes to his head and his foolish actions not only threaten to jeopardize his relationship with his twin sister Wanda, but Odinson's ambitions as well.
