Not only did the Soviets get most of Europe under their control, they probably didn't lose even half the soliders that they lost in our timeline, meaning there isn't a male-female divide so the population will continue growing effectively Not to mention that Germany didn't push them from Poland to the Caucuses, but rather they had 3 years to recover and strengthen their economy and industry substantially So in conclusion, since the Soviets have even more land and influence, a larger and stronger economy and population, if they play their cards right and ensure political and internal stability, this cold war is gonna be one *hell* of a _headache_ for America and its allies I really liked this scenario, for a first video you certainly did awesome! Keep going!

I think realistically finland would have been invaded by the soviet union again during 1940 or 1941, because they were already planning it by placing massive amounts of troops to the borders and to their military base in finland. The reason why they proposed the peace treaty of moscow in the first place was to move the borders to better positions that they could use to easily conquer entire finland. However the fact that germany was planning an invasion and placed troops to finland made it not posssible, as when molotof visited berlin during summer of 1940 Hitler told him not to attack Finland. So, if germany had respected molotof ribbenfrop pacts secret part ussr would have gained what they were promised.

With the Med secured, Spain would of joined the axis powers and take Gibraltar making the Torch landings impossible. Italy's economy would of been given a breather and it's armed forces would have preformed much better. Germany would of had an army in depth and not just in breadth and an economy in full war production. Any allied air offensive would have been costly to say the least. A soviet offensive would have collapsed for a myriad of reasons and Stalin most likely disposed of.

Honestly something like this is a good setup for "What if the Soviets won the cold war", but ofc the USA would require lots of extra problems too. Or, if things go normally for the USA, it could become a world with an even 50/50 cold war that could possibly never end. Sadly I fear Stalinism will last longer in the USSR... but hopefully they could still begin Kruschev style reforms later on.

Fun Fact about Russia: It was Russia who saved The Union during the American Civil War as they sent their Navy to San Francisco and New York when England and France were just about to enter the war on the side of the Confederates since London created the Confederates. France was already in Mexico making a spear head movement to resupply the Confederates and to open up a Pacific Theatre and to create a port in California. England already amassed 11,000 troops and growing stationed at their Northern Confederacies border now called Canada ready to open a Northern Theatre to divert Union troops away from their Southern Confederacy then to attack The Unions naval blockade. The Union would have been completely destroyed and annexed by those two great powers leaving the Confederates to exist as either a puppet state of London or to be fully brought back into the fold of the British Empire. London was already courting (threatening/bribing) other countries to get involved like Spain while Russia was in talks with Prussia to ally with incase London was to intervene. Seeing all of this Tsar Alexander II wrote a letter to Queen Victoria saying “If you enter in this war it will be a casus belli for all out war with the Russian Empire”. The stage was set for the 1st World War and Russia stopped it. There is also a memorial in San Francisco for the hundreds of Russian sailors who came off their Asiatic fleet ships that died while helping the city put out a fire that threatened to lay waste to it during the War.

The Russian fleet also threatened to Shell Australian ports along with other British Pacific Colonies if Britain aided the Confederates. A confederate war ship spent a lot of time in Australian waters and was supported by the Australian public, some even signing on as crew members. This Confederate war ship laid waist to the US Pacific whaling fleet and is reported to have fired the last shot in the war. The name of the ship was called the CSS Shenandoah. Its surrender was at Liverpool England where Confederate Commander Bulloch was stationed. Bulloch was the head spy Chief for the Confederates and main go between for London, Montreal, and Richmond. He was heavily involved in the finance of the South with British banking and supplied the south with its warships as most of them were made by the British. He was good friends with those who drafted the Very discriminatory Confederate Constitution and those that would later create the 'Clan'. He was Also the Uncle to President Theodore Roosevelt (on his mothers side of course) and Teddy greatly looked up to him and learned much from him from a very early age. Teddy called him 'Uncle Jimmy'. This is where Teddy Roosevelt got the idea for the 'Eff Bee Eye' he modeled it almost exactly from Londons 'Em Eye Five'. Russia also helped Thailand (Kingdom of Siam) maintain its sovereignty from being completely Partitioned/Annexed from the British and French around the same time. The very word Thai (ไทย) means 'free man' in the Thai language which is partially to thank to the Russians as they might have ended up being a colony or part of another country/colony if not for their intervention.

Not exactly realistic since when USSR was originally invaded, it was a war of survival, while USSR attacked here, Germany could easily wipe the Soviet Union and Romania was too pro German to switch that fast and they had the Muntenian Defences for its oil fields.

No, because Stalin thought Hitler was his true ally and even tried to join the axis but however, Hitler invaded the Soviet Union and Stalin felt betrayed and couldn't think right, and it wouldn't happen because Germany and The Soviet Union were under a non-aggression pact, so Stalin wouldn't have invaded Germany at all

Не в 1943. Тогда бы РККА полностью реарганизовалась, получила бы огромное количество танков и самолётов. А пиковая мощь Вермахта как раз была в 1941 году. А раз они ещё 2 года сидели, а экономика Рейха требует много ресурсов. То Ссср если бы начал вторжение первым, да и к тому же взял бы Румынию и крупные земли Польши, то Вермахт смог бы оттяснить Советов только если бы сделал несколько крупных окружений своими танковыми ударами. Но у Ссср налажено производство своих танков, самолётов и орудий.

(KZbin strangely doesn't want me to reply to your answer specifically, but anyways) I don't know, how Finnish-Soviet war changes something in this scenario, in your opinion, and infact Soviet Union won the winter war (even though they had much-much more casualties than Finland), but fine. Soviets and Germany, at least, had contradictory to each other's ideologies (one - Marxism-Leninism , spreading of communist ideology; the other one - ultranationalism, anti-Semitism, revanchism); both of these nations wanted to spread their influence in Europe, and obviously, Germany had more of it at that time. And also, when you say "that does not make any sense", you should always know, that many things in politics seem to make no sense, but they might actually do, it's not so simple. Also, almost forgot to add: throughout the history all strong and big nations always wanted to "keep balance" at the continent (just remember about British and Russian political relations in Modern era, at least the so named Great game), they wanted to defend themselves from any possible threat, even if something dangerous could have happened somewhere in future
