Hmm... I can't tell if Kakarott is going to achieve Super Saiyan status to save his mother from Frieza or to save Namek from his mother. I'm not too great with power levels, but Frieza's hubris is much easier to understand. I could see Gine still defeat him through raw savagery and still be in a rage. Which could lead to not only Kakarott discovering the power of Super Saiyan for himself, but even Vegeta. I mean, having *two* examples _plus_ his own life in danger, and the *double* frustration of not only a low-class Saiyan overshadowing the prince of all Saiyans... but that guy's mom who was just a cook back on Planet Vegeta. XP *Even if* neither happens, so long as Gine and Vegeta both end up on Earth and Vegeta's lust for power doesn't completely override his ability to listen, I'd have to think that Gine could explain things better than our (canon version) of Goku. I mean, Gine might even feel bad enough for Vegeta to intentionally explain things to Bulma in a manner that Vegeta could overhear it all.

I like the idea of goku going super saiyan to save his mother, or namek, but at 50% frieza would be over 10k in powerlevel compared to gine so unless he slacks or gine pulls more power out of nowhere goku will probably step in with kaioken times 20, which would be stronger than gine at this point

@@pablothememer8686 I agree, at least if "...he slacks..." includes Frieza's penchant for toying with and underestimating his opponents. Just see the *canonical* version of this fight; if Frieza had come at Goku in his final form with 100% power, Goku wouldn't have survived long enough to unlock the Super Saiyan transformation. I will also add that Gine doesn't seem to be fooling around either. Goku was so much stronger than Frieza in the canonical version of the story that he could show Frieza mercy. Gine is *not.* She is, however, more focused and perhaps vicious. I do not think it would be a stretch for her to "steal" a victory through the combination of the two.

@@goku1414101 Honestly I have read so much fanfiction I can't remember what is canon or not any more but I kind of remember the original DB having a limit of about a year to them. But that might have more to do with the after life than the DB themselves. I think as long as they retain their bodies they can be wished back. If they submit to the after life process and turn into wisp of souls and/or get reincarnated they can't come back. Frieza was around that long because he refused the assimilation process from what I understand. There are exceptions obviously as King Yema has allowed people to by pass the check in to see King Kai and the like with their bodies in preparation of being wished back.

Justa Guy the rules of the dragonballs change based on what’s needed at the time tbh. In the Broly movie they should have had 2 wishes but he only granted 1 before dipping out. I gave up trying to figure out how something works in dragonball. I just accept whatever Ex-Machina that comes along and drool at new forms like the shounen trash I am lol
