If the dragonballs weren't upgraded to be able to revive people an endless number of times instead of only revive people a certain number of times, I could totally see Mr. Satan and Chi Chi shacking up during peace time after Goku bites the dust at the end of the Cell Saga. That could be one way Toriyama's vision of having Gohan take the reigns would work since then Goku CAN'T come back. Though it would definitely in that case need to be Gohan and Videl meeting and falling in love first, or there'd have to be two new characters for each of them to date respectively instead.

This whole series is amazing! Thank u for giving an actual idea of how dragon ball could be so damn cool if Goku was simply a women , it gives so much more interest to the show . As one who favors dragon ball in her life , especially Goku’ , but now , people showing that they are really a strong passionate women fighters , with no difference about their abilities , or weather is it their physical strength. That fighting ir anything else is not “mascule“ or “famine “ , it is about the personality and the strength of the person itself. as equals. Besides the opinion on a ship like that feeling forced, which other replies have shown, we must remember that Vegeta is still an elite at that point, neither saiyan are into romance and he'd only do it as a last resort. I just hope you don't bull rush through the buu saga, I know it's easy to write that the current iteration of Z fighters is just too Stronk so they curb stomp Dabura and all the minions immediately and that's happened in a few what ifs (and even in the DBS Future Trucks timeline) but we almost never see Buu and Cell interact in alternate universe games/fan theories, etc. Cuul (pronounced 'ss' 'ool') could have the antennae be able to transform into Cell's spike during attacks, say getting one of Z fighter's arms and basically paralyzing it while also draining their energy. Forcing them to fight one handed while Cuul has both hands free. I think demonstrating that against Kamicollo would be a good throw back.

It might be boring if the BCOC sweep the saga but as a rule of thumb, sacrificing logic or reasonable outcomes for content is poor writing. Everyone's in check mentally, no one has severe amounts of malice and Cell meeting buu for the sake of it's kinda forced.
