I’d wonder how Broly would turn out if he landed on master Roshi’s island!! But still in then main timeline so when both Goku and Krillin show up to be trained Broly’s now the adopted son or grandson of Roshi. And part of the deal for Roshi letting Goku be trained is because he knows Bulma who can help Roshi collect all 7 dragon balls so he can make a wish for Broly to be able to control his anger = not raging out in a sparing match!!!

If that were to happen broly would probably grow up pure and learn to master his rage and destroy all of the villains in the series but cell would be a challenge so he would probably lose control because of how cocky cell is and the z fighters would have to stop him. Then the rest would go similar except brolys there. He would attain god ki because whis sees potential in him and he would carry the z fighters in the top

Goku isnt strong from birth. Almost all sayans have potential but it was Goku's upbringing on earth, the head hit, and the values he learned that provided him the path to push his body to the limits to become as strong as he is. Being raised by Whis would not have done him good as angels are quite cold in nature.

One. where in the anime is it stated that angels especially whis are cold in nature i percieved that whis was way more level headed an considerate than beerus two. This is someoen elses alteration of different events that happened to goku and made him stronger in different aspects and he has a tottaly different personality and learned different martail arts from an angel so respectively this is plausible
