I would say if this was gen I to IV Blastoise, all of these changes that you added would’ve been pretty cool. But since gen V blastoise go shell smash, which made him a very powerful and speedy sweeper especially when you combine it with the white herb.

I feel like a good ability to give blastoise is to change it's ability to shell armor. That will make it good to hard wall pokemon like Urshufu and Meowscarada. It will also make it have more of a defensive set. (Also, banger video btw)

Venusaur would get banned to Doubles Ubers. Send it out with a ninetales and it’s a fast mom that can sweep and reliably make every mon on your team waste three turns. It would take over competitive and cause rage.

GameFreak is hella scared of giving anything with more than 75 Spe access to Spore. Yes, Jumpluff and H-Lilligant are hella fast but Sleep Powder is still at the end of the day 75% accurate. They never give Breloom Trailblaze or even Grassy Glide for that matter. (And before you bring up Smergale, Moody is RNG + shit stats) Also they made Brute Bonnet just slow enough so that Booster Energy/Protosynthesis can’t ever trigger a speed boost no matter what. Also look up Toedscruel’s signature ability.
