So Yeah lol that is the video, I have been really trying to not be a super perfectionist about my videos. I used to spend hours adjusting the most minor things. I realized that I learn and progress the most when I just keep making and posting. I still struggle with consistency but I really am working towards getting better. I have a bunch of ideas, some of them might take me months to make. I wanna do a couple hour long videos... right now it's just a lot of ideas. Lol this is a bit of a brain unload. Maybe someone takes the time to read these. I am scared for the day I get to a point where I am scraping the bottom of the barrel for ideas. That Day Will Suck

I started collecting manga in 2016 when Haikyu got its English release cause it's my favorite, and I started buying a lot of those manga (like Demon Slayer and Promised Neverland) cause they were ongoing at the time. So yes you did buy them complete, but you'll find yourself 7 years later always buying ongoing series that you enjoy, so I agree with you on that. I would definitely avoid impulse buys, cause I have a lot of those. And at this point I only buy what I like and if I'm already reading it online to save money, cause my collection is huge now lol. And Barnes and Noble does some crazy sales dude, like just this past year, day after Christmas 2022, they did a one day sale of 50% ALL their hardcovers, so I went CRAZY! I bought so many hardcover manga that day that I was sitting on collecting. I saved like 300 dollars.

I usually collection manga that i like as a kid, or i like fhe anime or currently read online. At the moment, chainsaw man is the one series in my collection i currently thinking i should not have got it right now. But I'm waiting to see if part 2 will change my mind 😊

I do like that statement of sometimes we like how we get a manga vs the actual series. That's how I obtained 2 Japanese series from my favorite artists because they were so cheap But mainly I try to read manga online for the 1st 3 vols to half of what's out currently to gage whether I like a series and where it's going. Especially since I impulse bought 1 9 vol series that I now really kinda hate. But I still can surprise myself with other smaller series I typically only impulse by a series nowadays if it's a 4 vol or shorter Other times a series is SOOO God I stop reading halfway through volume 1 to keep the surprise of discovery for later

I strongly relate to the part of enjoying buying the manga vs actually reading it 😂😭 but to stop myself from doing that i now read 2 or 4 volumes online first to double check if I would actually like the series long term before physically buying it

Vinland is my 2nd favorite manga so that’s a definite in my eyes, 20th century is cool if you want something more mature. Hunter X Hunter could be cool or if you want something modern maybe go with chainsaw man or Jjk

A lot of Inio Asano work's are really great like Goodnight Punpun, A Girl on the Shore, and Solanin. They are also not to long so you wont have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy the whole series

Well I think you’re in a great position, both series are very good. Some of my favorite volumes I own. So either one you choose is fine. I personally think that when it comes to berserk the Hardcover volumes are the way to go

Naruto and Dragon ball I do want to get one day because Naruto was the first anime I ever watched and I don’t know anything about dragon ball.
