what if... it was a missclick?

A few days ago, I was playing a game on lichess. A guy made a totally normal move, not blundering anything, and he asked for a take back, claiming a misclick. When I asked him what he intended to move where, wondering if he actually made a misclick, or if it was just him seeing a better move, he just said "try and see it". Not wanting to be unfair, I wasted over half my time arguing with him, then trying to find the good move he claimed to have been trying to play, and did find it, 3 squares away from where he moved his queen. He was lying the whole time, and even after I called him out, he still lied. He even accidentally admitted it, and kept saying it was a misclick. I went on to lose that game, because I lost over half my time, and was playing frustrated after cause of his BS, but I'll still waste half my time the next game, and the next, because I've been shown kindness before. I've been given takebacks, and allowed second chances, so I will give that opportunity to anyone who genuinely misclicks, and I will never regret it.
