Obito with Rinnegan would most likely overwhelm Itachi, as Genjutsu wont work on Rinnegan. Itachi has no way to counter Obitos Kamui as he is not as fast Minato to tackle kamui alone. Itachi Susanoo might be a key but once again his Susanoo cant do anything when obito is untangled. Obito overwhelms Itachi as he is more durable, has more chakra, has regeneration.

Pain is a hard counter to Itachi. Genjutsu won't be too effective at taking down more than one path. Preta path can absorb Amaterasu and Susanoo, leaving him with very little dangerous offense. Deva path will be too much for Itachi to handle under these disadvantages, especially if he uses Chibaku Tensei.
