‘On the night of the UCHIHA clan massacre itachi goes to his house ready to slaughter his parents, when he arrives he sees them ready to die but fugaku speaks, “son we still are proud of you, we know you have a reason to do this, as a last gift fuguka says, I wll give you my mangekyo sharingan. Itachi accepts and sadly slaughters his parents, everything would be pretty similar to the main story, eventually itachi would fight Suaske. Itachi would reveal the truth to Suaske awakening his mangekyo instead of tobi. Suaske swears to avenge itachi but itachi tells Suaske to calm down and explains everything and convinces itachi. In the end itachi chooses to die by Suaske and gives him his eternal mangekyo sharingan and Suaske gains a new sharingan “heavenly sharingan” (it’s like the sharingan the Amagi made in what if Naruto had the rinnegan and Suaske descoverd and obtained a knew sharingan.) this would make Suaske more powerful than the rinnegan becuase not only is his ability’s increases it increases his chakra well, perception and makes him better at basicly everything.

The two kissing scenes in the series was for comedy as they were accidental kisses, Naruto was obsessed with Sasuke just because of how cool everyone thought of him. Spoiler warning: Majority of Naruto's Arc throughout end of Naruto to near the end of Shippuden was Naruto being obsessed with trying to bring Sasuke back to the Village and the light, you could see it more when Naruto tried to convince the Raikage to not kill Sasuke which he failed to get through to him causing Naruto to have a panic attack and pass out

Nice story, always love when Itachi gets to live, but I have to say again and again, it is NOT possible to just change eyes and have 2 EMS, you can only get 1 EMS.AND, probably if you get blind your sharingan is useless, so in this case only Itachi would awaken EMS and Sasuke will remain blind in his stead. Probably when this happens Itachi would make the surgery agian to give to sasuke the working eye-pairs, or at least give him 1 eyes, so they could both join Kakashi club. It would be interesting though, both should still be able to use Susanoo, since you don't need a sharingan once you awaken it, one would have amateratsu+kotoamatsukami, and the other amateratsu+tsukuyomi. (cool thing here, is that left eye of Itachi has tsukuyomi and left eye of Sasuke have amateratsu, while the right eye of Itachi has amateratsu and the right eye of Sasuke has kotoamatsukami, meaning the amateratsu trait should be present in both eyes once they have EMS, so pretty much both of them will be almost as powerfull as with 2 MS eyes)
