i just wished Shueisha gave Kishimoto a little bit more time to complete Madara's fight until bringing Kaguya.. Kaguya was perfect for the story tbh.. But Madara deserved more time.. I remember its because Shueisha rushed Kishimoto to complete the Sasuke V Naruto quickly. Also, Naruto getting his battle skills completely dulled up in Boruto Era and still fcked Momo up and Isshiki up with barely gotten power jump..(If Only he wasn't mentally depreived.. He never obtained the chakra fruit. There was so much we never got to see from 10 tails Madara who now had sage mode, wood style, and the rinnegan.

Madara would probably keep all of Kaguya’s memories, like how Sasuke kept Orochimaru’s. Most likely Madara would end the war, by telling Naruto, and Sasuke about the future threats, and would most likely force them, and the rest of the world to work with him to train to fight them, while also forming weapons to fight against them. It's even possible he would find out about the cyborgs, and God's corpse over the years of research he would go through to find out everything he could on the threats. After that Madara would probably turn them into fruit, and eat them since that seems like a common ability of the alien clan, gaining their powers, and abilities, kind of like Android 21. It would not make Madara as powerful as the god, but he would already have the cyborg upgrade, and years of prep time training so he would most likely turn the aliens into fruit eating them for power, while also evolving to be more like the God.

Ending shuppuden as Madara as the final villain and teasing the ototsukis in the end could have been the perfect half cliffhanger ending for the series. What could have been more perfect would be Naruto and Sasuke as adults (no families) and taking on the ototsukis in the time skip. And beating them Naruto completes the child of the prophecy destiny and becomes hokage.

I think when it comes to the whole Kaguya and Madara thing, Kishimoto did quite a sloppy job (which is understandable because it's hard to make these retcons work). The whole Madara inflating and his chakra "not even being near" Kaguya is quite inconsistent. Honestly, he should be able to take on Kaguya in a high diff battle.

Great video and while this is a what if, I believe I can prove that Madara did reach his full potential. First in his actual life, his full potential was EMS (technically he needed his brothers eyes but we'll let it slide). Him even stealing Hashi's power and gaining the rinnegan was something that, while Hagoromo anticipated, was not supposed to happen. Now in terms of his potential with six paths power, he did reach it and in my opinion it's due to him trying to recreate the power, not being gifted it like a Naruto & Sasuke. We see Naruto & Sasuke being capable of rapidly increasing there peak powers even against Kaguya to the point in that battle, they're stronger than Madara. Madara can't handle chakra close to Kaguya and would be unable to use any of her jutsu. Keep in mind, the full chakra of 3 eyed Madara is a JUUBI level below Kaguya since the chakra absorbed from everyone on earth was actually more than the juubi's as stated by Sasuke. Kaguya then does this again and gets exponentially stronger. In terms of the hypothetical continued 3 eyed Madara vs Team 7 fight, remember the infinite tsukuyomi has a timer on it. It doesn't stay activated and team 7 was shown waiting out this timer. ALSO, Madara DID NOT increase in limbo clones prior to awakening the 3rd eye and gaining dual rinnegan. He had 4 limbo clones waiting to fight team 7 after the infinite tsukuyomi. And there's no conceivable way in that moment he could even utilize any of Kaguya's kekkei mora jutsu (i.e. Amenominaka, Ash bones, 80 vaccuum fists which he would need the byakugan for anyway mainly, her space-time portal jutsu) cause he can't even sustain the baseline chakra she has which is the minimum for her revival. And there's absolutely no way he can control her dimensions or even create an expansive truth seeker orb since she did this after gaining chakra from all her dimensions (something Otsutsuki can do like Momoshiki has done multiple times) and was stated to be exponentially stronger and faster and she was still tagged by DMS Kakashi and Team 7 even if they can't beat her in a 1v1. In all seriousness, the longer the fight the worse it gets for Madara cause they can seal him or literally rip the bijuu from him since unlike Kaguya or the Otsutsuki in general, the juubi isn't tied to him (or treated like a seed but this powerful beasts). Without a doubt I think the same 9 bijuu rasenshuriken Naruto threw at Kaguya which she struggled controlling the bijuu after would completely one shot Madara especially since 1 on them could damage him more than 8th Gate Guy albeit when he was weaker. Besides dealing with Limbo (which Naruto himself or Sasuke himself can handle), Madara has nothing in his arsenal that could do anything to team 7. Pretty much, obtaining the powers of Hagoromo is far weaker than being gifted his powers (also, Hagoromo never said Madara was close to his strength but his abilities. The translation is more so talking about Madara having his abilties and eventually gaining Kaguya's which is the 3rd eye)

Unless his full potential is we Boruto is heading towards he was as strong as possible. He wouldn't be able to use any of her jutsu cause her jutsu are stated to take such massive amounts of chakra that only Kaguya can use them. Since we don't see a Prime Hagoromo or Hamura, the first characters we see capable of even having this level of chakra is post war in the Last and Boruto era. Being capable of balancing sage mode is impressive, rinnegan not necessarily since it's his eye. It's not like Obito or Nagato and even then, shinobi around Madara's time must have known rinnegan ninjutsu since Hashirama and Tobirama can deduce rinnegan and six paths techniques and the jutsus. In Boruto it's stated humans are not capable of handling the chakra fruit. So far unless changed or goes in depth, you need to be an Otsutsuki to handle the chakra fruit and gain it's massive increase in power which should be planetary level of chakra increase (i.e. a juubi+ level of chakra). Him being a juubi jinchuriki also doesn't make you Otsutsuki in dna. You literally need to have there dna not there powers and Madara in particular is even worse than Naruto and Sasuke cause he's obtaining these powers, not being gifted them. Meaning, his ceiling is actually lower than theirs especially since they got six paths power from the source (Hagoromo) and not through means of recreating said power. Awakening the third eye is actually due to him absorbing the shinju tree. It's why he says he's "practically immortal" when we know he's not (neither is Kaguya). Madara never absorbed chakra from those in the infinite tsukuyomi until Kaguya was being revived and again he couldn't sustain the chakra that allowed her to even first appear let alone her getting exponentially more powerful

I know it's 60-62 years before the start of the series that Konoha was founded and about 50 years before Naruto's birth (part 1 so when he's 12) that there fight happened meaning that it was a relatively short time that Madara was in the village before he came back and attacked. I do think the rivalry would have pushed them but to be honest, it already did. Even in there flashback as kids, both were among the strongest in there clans then by the time there fathers go to try to kill Izuna and Tobirama they both can stop killing weapons with throwing stones. Both of their dads were the clan heads and leaders, most likely making them the most powerful Senju and Uchiha of there time (which would make sense since they were evenly matched in fights). That's due to them constantly training and there resolve. They also do fight each other to the death (for the most part) practically on the daily for years. So I do believe the rivalry was already there and they could've already maxed out there potentials which were the 1st & 2nd strongest shinobi of all time up until six paths Obito appeared and strongest beings on earth since the days of Asura and Indra (I guess Jigen was somewhere). Both would theoretically be well into there 40s and 50s when the Leaf is just getting started and when Hashirama dies and Madara presumably dies too.

Madara would never able to handle all of Kaguya's power/chakra, it is simply being his limit/potential. Kaguya's full chakra also has unique properties so Madara would not be able to use all of her techniques, some of which are also borne of thousands of years of combat experience which he lacks. Sasuke can affect Limbo with his Onyx Chidori. Madara is much weaker than Kaguya even if he is more wary, so he would just be overpowered directly. The Infinite Tsukuyomi is not permanent and the light eventually fades which would force Madara to recast it which would drain his chakra and give Naruto and opportunity to leave the Susanoo. Hagoromo splitting the Jūbi is a mistranslation. Hagoromo uses the term "己" which means me in the singular. It is also unclear if Hamura ever developed the Tenseigan himself or only made the Energy Vessel. Hamura never fought Kaguya, he only fought the Jūbi. (Also unlikely Madara would ever surpass Kaguya in two years.) Being Indra's reincarnation does not inherently give Madara more potential. He also stopped being a reincarnation when Sasuke was born, as well. He also did not directly receive Hagoromo's power unlike Sasuke, which would further limit his growth. Sasuke needed Naruto's help to overcome Momoshiki. The two multiplied each other's strength many times over by fighting together. Madara does not have this benefit.
