These.. aren’t real life villains. They could probably survive a death penalty (unless it’s a beheadment) Also if you want to be critic-ish then you could say Loki couldn’t get 2 deaths and 1 life. But you can because he’d escape and survive. Edit: Plus technically you could just erase the contradictions by pardoning them of the crime if they were: A: Brainwashed (this happens with Winter Soldier) B: Doing it in self-defense C: Acting naturally when you see the threat (Skinner when attacking Rèmy) D: Being compelled to (Wanda in MoM by the Darkhold) E: Mind Controlled (Hawkeye in the first Avengers movie)
