This part was beautiful. Truly showing the humanity in our robofather metal and shadow. I really hope the end of this metal sonic battle arc goes better than the original game does. I know technically this what if can go on for as song as there are sonic games but it kinda feels like we are close to a conclusion. Its weird isnt it? But at the same time i feel you have done an amazing job with this story over all pickled dill and i can not wait to see how this continues. sayonara

The next part will be the end of the Metal Commander Saga so you’re right we are heading towards a temporary conclusion as I’ll also be going on break after that part releases

As much as I like this version of the Sonic Battle story, I wished you didn't change the story too much. I would've personally liked it if Metal found Emerl first. Then sometime, lend Emerl to Sonic and the rest of the gang like in the OG game, but secretly observing Emerl during the rest of the story; seeing if Emerl would become a better robot than himself, seeing if he would grow to be a better person and a better hero. That way, we can still have the father-son dynamic.
