madara is lucky because he was born with that power it is in his veins. While on thr other hand minato have to protect the village that's why he used to much chakra before battling obito.. In their battles, Hashirama was always trying to subdue Madara, whereas Madara was outright trying to kill him. Madara + Perfect Kyuubi was no match for Hashirama. And that trick you talked about? That shows the difference in their skill. It isn't easy to fool a shinobi like that, and yet Hashirama managed to do that. Hashirama was a prodigy that Madara was never really able to catch up to.

Also, if Minato's sealing jutsu could seal Madara, then there's way Minato could win. Additionally, if Minato is fighting Valley of the End Madara, he might even be able to seal Kurama inside himself and gain Kurama's assistance against Madara in the same way Naruto did. Though most instances of Minato vs Madara require Headcanon for Minato to win.

Honestly, the impression I got concerning Minato's speed feat in dodging A's attack is that he has insane reaction speeds. Because watching the clip, all he actually managed to do was barely toss a kunai before he had to teleport away. Everything about that scene screams that he couldn't have dodged A's attack without the Hiraishin, which to me at least, puts A and Naruto on another level of raw speed entirely. I'm not trying to say that Minato is slow, because he clearly isn't, if anything his speed is what makes his use of the Hiraishin so deadly, he has the raw speed and reflexes to basically insta-kill anyone he teleports next to before they have the chance to react. But comparing Minato dodging A to Naruto dodging A and the difference is clear, Minato needed to use a space/time technique to do so while Naruto did so through sheer speed.

Yeah base minato gets rekt. However sage or kcm minato might have a chance. One thing that's often overlooked about minato is his battle IQ. He had the highest scores in history in the chunin exams and in the few battles we saw of him, he was consistently outsmarting his opponents. My favorite argument about this is the fact that it took minato roughly 30 seconds to figure out and counter kamui, while it took kakashi (who's considered to be a genius) multiple battles with Obito and the other freaking kamui eye. Madara is smart himself, but I'd argue minatos intellect is on another level.

Minato's win conditions: -Madara plays with him. -He touches Madara once. I mean it's not really fair to compare Minato to Madara since Minato died without reaching his prime because he likes to invent jutsus and combinations. Plus, alive Madara hasn't unlocked Rinnegan yet.

great point in unfair comparison. Living Minato vs 10 tails Madara isn't fair either. resurrected Madara had Hashirama cells, so that isn't fair either. So I guess if you compare max point in where they were shown, would be ten tails Madara vs Living Minato, but Minato wouldn't stand a chance. Then if you had to pick specific points of Madara, it would be pointless.

If Madara activates Susanoo then Minato literally won’t be able to touch him. If it’s Six paths Madara and KCM 2 Minato then Madara still wins, Limbo clones, Jutsu absorption, etc. Although I’d say Minato would still may be stand a chance against him, but ultimately Madara is coming out on top 🤷‍♂️

@@exoticknight2800 I mean, it depends. If we give Minato KCM 2 and Obito his susanoo then Obito stomps. But if not that then I’d say Obito is still definitely stronger. They were literally having to team up against Obito to even be able to touch him at all. Obito is far more proficient at using Kamui now since he last fought Minato at 14, we know he’s very durable as he took a giant rasengan to the back at 14. But ultimately with Kamui and intangibility, Obito will inevitably win, but I’d say it might be a good fight 🤷‍♂️

Minato and Itachi are both kinda the "What if Hashirama and Madara happened again, but instead of living long enough for shit to get out of hand power-wise they just die young instead?" Which was then followed up by Naruto and Sasuke which is just the answer to the question "What if shit got way out of hand even younger though?"
