I don't think Kotoamatsukami had the ten year cooldown like you think. I think that cooldown period only applied to Itachi since he wasn't the original owner of the eye and Danzo was only able to bypass it due to possessing Hashirama Senju's cells in his arm.

Main problem with this video is that a full on battle in the Uchiha Quarter would have definitely attracted attention of the rest of the village, especially since you'd quickly reason multiple sussano. Hiruzen mightn't be great at his job, but even for him this would feel like a line to far to risk the major clans turning on them when they learn what happened. Also while Sasuke is skilled for his age you seem to forget in this one his mother was also a ninja, at one point, so it seems unlikely he manages to escape from her that easy.

Thinking it over Danzo and the whole leaf are screwed here. Hiruzen would let a lot of things slide because they were kept in private, but a blatant move like this isn't something Hiruzen could cover up so I honestly expect for Danzo to get executed. If he doesn't it's only due to potentially revealing that the Uchiha were planning a coop d'etat as the only way to get out of it. Not to mention other nations like Kumo, Iwa, and Suna would all jump on the weakness Konoha now faces with the nine tails attack happening 7 years prior and the loss of their most powerful clan another war is guaranteed.
