This was an interesting concept, but I think it would be even more if Naruto did not have his powers when being reborn because he would be forced to train like a madman and to use everything in his advantage in order to prevent threats from happening, he wouldn't be able to save everyone even with all his memories but he would drastically change the timeline even early on With his full power he can just destroy everyone when he's four, even if it's great to see a happy Naruto, the stakes are pretty low

Simple answer (i haven't gotten to the part of the video you are referencing) but gaara uses such a small amount of sand and never shows any effort doing so until he fought Deidara and had to save the Sand Village. Moving that much sand and presumably, weight, would logically be the reason that took so much out of him. Therefore less sand, with a great amount of water saturation would be heavier. You forgot one important factor since Itachi doesn't join the Akatsuki, Orochimaru would still be in the Akatsuki Also, Danzo wouldn't have the Sharingan without the Uchiha massacre and taking Shisui's eye which wouldn't have happened in the timeline
