Can you do what if naruto had any devil fruit of your choice, btw about you one piece what ifs. The reason why they can’t “swim” is cuz of sea prism stone which is found in the sea only. It’s basically their kryptonite and the sea prism stone particles are found in the sea, it makes them weak, doesn’t make them lose the ability to swim, luffy was just fine when he was in the sauna with boa and boa could use her quirk while in the sauna.
