About the citizens in the war areas i always say they get the short end of the stick sadly because of war. War is not good you're focused on your opponent and not citizens when you're in a war you would take out your opponent and don't care about the citizens because in war killing a bad person Trump's over the citizen life in war terms not my belief but it's very very very fuckup but that's war' war is bad and never been good. AOH3 actually doesn't take long to do stuff in it, you just have to play it more and get better, for example as the teutonic order it's possible (and not that hard) to form the german empire in like 100-200 years if you practice a bit more
