Ooh, I got a good one! Fire/Parasol: Sparkler Kirby holds the parasol forwards, and the top immediately launches off, you then control the top part of the parasol being able to move quickly and freely for about 5 seconds, at first it does nothing, making you completely vulnerable, but when the timer ends out or if you let go of the button the sparkler shoots out a small trail of tiny explosions the follows the path you just moved the top in.

A better idea for Rock + Parasol… “Bowl of stones” When used, Kirby will pull out a Parasol while holding it upside down and the handle pointed up. Inside the canopy, acting as a bowl, are a bunch of rocks. Kirby moves slowly and can’t fly/jump while holding the bowl. But pressing the button again will have him swing them swing the parasol and hurl all the stones forward in a shot gun like spread. Used on a boss at point blank range, it would do a lot of damage.

It could be a super-defensive ability that lets him block attacks from any direction. Kirby could even hold it beneath him by pressing down in midair, and pogo off of enemies like Ducktales or Shovel Knight! Maybe if he runs into an enemy from the side, Kirby gets bounced back so he won't just run straight into bosses and take damage. The attack could hit harder to compensate.

I was mulling over possible ways the Rock ability could mix Parasol's shape when I realized that the cross-section of Parasol gave the perfect option: Pickaxe! After bringing it out with a press of the ability button Kirby could tap the ability button to swing it in front of him, attacking with both the pick itself and a bit of debris that pops up from the impact, or hold it to throw the pick in front of him, damaging enemies in a straight line but requiring him to pull out another pickaxe.

Hammer could be an interesting ability for Kirby 64. I even have some concepts for the combos. Hammer + Hammer: Mega Hammer - Kirby gains a bigger hammer made of gold. Weaker version of the Grand Hammer Super Ability. Hammer + Burn/Fire: Blaze Hammer - Kirby gains a hammer with power over fire. Would be balanced out by other things. Hammer + Stone: Hammer Sculpture - Kirby has his hammer replaced with a stone sculpture of one. He becomes slower, but is almost as strong as Mega Hammer. Hammer + Ice: Tundra Hammer - Kirby gains a hammer with power over ice. Would be balanced out by other things. Hammer + Needle: Mace - Yep, the merging of hammer and needle has created a mace. Not a flail, do not make that mistake. The mace used to bludgeon foes. Hammer + Bomb: Sledge Grenades - Kirby gains bombs resembling Hammer Bros. hammers, which he can throw like grenades. Hammer + Spark: Storm Hammer - Kirby gains a hammer with power over lightning. Would be balanced out by other things. Hammer + Cutter: Battle Ax - Kirby has his hammer replaced by a battle ax due to the buff from the cutter blades.

When Kirby gets his parasol out, it is closed, and can then be used like his hammer, albeit with slightly weaker damage but at the benefit of being able to use up to three swings at once in a jab-esque attack.

Hammer + Bomb? Sticky Grenade, but Kirby wields it TF2 Demoman style as a bat, which hurts everyone when detonated via blunt force trauma, or attacking an enemy or projectile. But, what enemies would have Hammer as an ability? I can think of a Miracle Matter form, becoming a handleless Mallet and creating small pegs on the arena around Kirby to indirectly crush them, but not an enemy to give the ability to Kirby.

Ok i havent actually played or watched anything about kirby 64. In a matter of facts I have really no idea about most kirby games, but i still want to try to design the 'cleaning' powerup. cleaning + cleaning = Super Mop: Kirby has a big broom and the swings fling enemys away and with the right timing projectiles will get flung away too cleaning + burn = Weed burner: Kirby has a weed burner that can shoot fire. The fire can be aimed up and down (slowly), the fire does more damage in mid range cleaning + stone = Iron brush: Kirby has an iron brush covering that does contact damage. The iron brush can be turned and the faster it spins the more damage it does cleaning + ice = Zamboni: Kirby gets an vehicle that destroys obstiicles and ground enemys (+ low flying enemies). This powerup explodes/gets destroyed after enough damage absorbed cleaning + cutter = Lawnmover: Kirby transforms into a lawnmover that moves quickly. The lawnmover can lift a little so the razors will damage the enemys. cleaning + bomb = Bath bomb: Kirby turns into a bath bomb that can roll around and explodes after a button press, this bomb shoots damaging foam everywhere and drops an foam dino in the middle cleaning + spark = pressure washer: Kirby shoots sniper accurate water sprays that does extreme damage. Needs to be 'reloaded'. cleaning + spike = needle: Kirby turns into a needle that can dash into enemies and squirt damaging fluid. The dash can be used to ram into walls, and stick to them. cleaning + parasol = vacuum cleaner: Kirby can suck up one or multiple enemies that will bounce across the screen when let go. The more enemies, the faster and they bounce + more damage For enemies: Broom Hatter and keke If some of this doesnt make sense with Kirby stuff, then I apologies.

The Spark + Parasol ability I had in mind would go like this: When pressing B, Kirby will take out an “umbrella” and a cloud will spawn on top Kirby. You can control the cloud with the joystick as Kirby won’t be able to move when attacking. Pressing B again will cause the cloud to send out lightning pointing down. (It’s kinda like the super beam from KRTDL (Kirby’s Return to Dreamland) I hope this gets ❤️’d

Better attack for the parasol form of Miracle matter: Miracle Matter will spin and release 8 parasol tops in different directions. Then Miracle matter will spin all around the background for 5 seconds fast, like the saw blade introduced in this video.

Cutter + Parasol: Umbrellarang It’s exactly what it sounds like, it turns the parasol green and gives it cutter-like properties. The player can throw it up, left, or right. When it’s thrown, the parasol moves forward a small amount, stays in place, then moves back towards the player.

Okay hear me out Stone parasol - Rainy rollout Kirby takes 2 stone umbrellas and wraps them around himself turning into a patterned stone ball. Kirby can then roll around like the wheel ability, minus the quick stops. Kirby also kicks up a mist cloud behind him with creates a nice rainbow for extra flavor.

Spark+Parasol: Kirby hides himself into a parasol, that bursts into an electricity explosion when you stop holding the B button, or after holding it for 5 seconds. After that, Kirby pulls it out. The longer you hold the B button, the further the electricity explosion goes.

Just saw this video right now and it’s super well thought out! It made me think of an idea for Rock + Parasol. Since they’re both defensively themed abilities, and using Parasol’s theme of cover, I thought the ability could form a stone structure around Kirby, be it a replica of Kirby’s House, a more standard suburban house, of which you’d typically imagine a pitched roof and chimney, or even a small cave with a fireplace within! These are all just a bit larger than double stone Kirby, for reference. These formations would be just for looks, functioning identically, damaging enemies that walk too close during its creation, then while formed, fully protect Kirby from regular enemy attacks, with puffs of smoke from the chimney generating automatically from it, dealing more damage and floating upwards, generating at about one per second after the shelter forms. Another press of the attack button and Kirby breaks the house ala other rock formation attacks, dealing large burst damage.

Snowball Pitch is such a clever idea that I'm ashamed I didn't come up with it myself, same goes with fire! and a lamp is hilarious and plain genious! The photoshops are also really awesome!!! Now for the throw/suplex varient. Enemy- a smaller version of bugzy, or a living sling shot. Miracle matter form- turns into a crane like claw, which attempts to grab and slam Kirby into the ground two times. Throw- Kirby sucks up and holds an enemy above above his head, before launching it in whatever direction you choose. Double throw- Kirby dashes forward and grabs an enemy. You can then choose a throw based on a direction. Throw/fire- Kirby pulls out a mortar, which either sucks himself or a enemy into it, before launching them at a diagonal forward angle. Throw/ice- Kirby shoots snowballs out of his mouth, which can be angled in any direction Throw/bomb- Kirby has a cannon pop out of his mouth, which fires a cannonball forward Throw/stone- Kirby grabs the ground, then pulls out a huge boulder, which crumbles into various rocks all around him Throw/needle- Kirby charges forward with a giant cooking skewer. Any enemies hit will be stuck to it, and Kirby will lift it up to slide them into his mouth, healing him Throw/cutter- Kirby throws knifes forward, which stick into the ground and damage enemies that touch them. You must collect your knives after throwing them (unless they hit an enemy or fall into a pit) Throw/spark- Kirby leaps off screen, then slams a lightning bolt into the ground where he was, causing an electrical explosion.

Better spark plus parasol ability: Kirby pulls out the parasol and a thunder storm pops up above him. Pressing up or down moves the cloud up and down. The cloud will start raining any enemies who go get caught in the rain gets hurt. After pulling it out pressing B will make the cloud make a lighting strike which the lighting comes out of the cloud in a diagonal and depending how high or low the cloud is will depend how far the lighting goes. Down sides are you can’t fly with the ability being used, platforms block the rain and lighting from hitting enemies, if the lighting some how hits kirby’s parasol he be stand and would stop using the ability (but the cloud would have to be very low to make that happen,and kirby will not float down when using the move. Other things: pressing down will make Kirby stop using the move and the cloud doesn’t deal damage on the rain and lighting deal damage.

Doing one myself in the comments, but for Beam. It's another classic ability. Also, I don't know if this has been done before by other people. Beam: The simple beam whip. Double Beam: Charge Shot, like modern Beam. Fire + Beam: Fire Spell. Shoots out a fireball, can be launched in different directions, like in Megaman. Beam + Ice: Ice Beam. As simple as a ray of ice that freezes enemies. Beam + Spark: Laser. Press a Button, it shoots. A very fast, and very strong projectile, very similar to the Laser Copy Ability Beam + Cutter: Discs. Basically glowing halo-shaped objects you can throw at enemies, they loop and bounce off of enemies and ricochet off of surfaces. Beam + Bomb: Disco Ball. A Disco Ball is thrown and hovers in air, and then explodes with a variety of colors. Beam + Needle: Prism. On the press of a button, Kirby turns into a Crystal, which will then deploy a rainbow colored circle around him, damaging enemies. Beam + Stone: Isotope. Kirby becomes a glowing, radioactive stone that damages enemies around him constantly, but weakly. It's range is short, but he keeps his normal speed at least.

Giving more respect to Beam, one of my absolute favorite abilities. Nice! Hmmm... Beam and Parasol... Maybe use the Parasol as a sword as usual, but attacking with it launches the cover part of the parasol as a beam of sorts, traveling in an arc... Either that, or the Parasol becomes a mirror of sorts, reflecting beams of light and focusing them into burning lasers when on sunny days, and also reflecting projectiles in general.

This is kinda simple, but for 2 Parasols I think it would be better for Kirby to just have 2 Parasols, with maybe a short combo by just pressing attack and a spin move by dash attacking. They wouldn't be able to fully shield him when holding down, as the top of his body would still be exposed, but his left and right would be shielded. Otherwise would be the same as normal parasol

Since Kirby super star was introduced before this game, I want to do a Kirby 64 idea for two of my favorite abilities in the game, mirror and suplex. Starting with mirror. Enemy-simirror of course Miracle matter form- turns into a large reflective rectangle which shatters into four glass shards, which fly to the four corners of the screen before a sheen reform the mirror and he turns back. Mirror- has a single slash, and holding b creates a mirror which reflects projectiles and protects Kirby's front. Double mirror- Kirby hides inside a mirror, with you gaining control of a mirror Kirby with one hp. It has all of Kirbys moves, but can't travel far from the mirror. Mirror/fire- spews a thin, vertical flame above himself. Like a glass blower flame. Mirror/ice- Kirby creates an ice block in front of himself, then cuts it into a statue representing one of his friends or food. Mirror/cutter- Kirby gets sliced in half, causing the two half's to fly away from where he was when activated (like super stars dash attack) Mirror/bomb- Kirby turns into a crystal ball, which can illuminate dark areas and explodes into a spray of glass Mirror/needle- Kirby creates a slash which causes mirror needles to continuously come out of the ground in front of you till it hits a ledge or wall. Mirror/spark- Kirby turns into a prism, creating a rainbow of color around kirby. Mirror/stone- Kirby creates a large diamond, which he swings forward to crush enemies

​@@Luigicat11i have an idea for that Mirror/Parasol When B is pressed, Kirby pulls out an umbrella. The umbrella having reflective segments or something (idk how to explain it). After a short delay, kirby points the Umbrella straight at the camera. The segments diverge and orbit around kirby. These segments do a medium amount of damage and can hit a target 3 times each before the segment breaks. Puffing while using this move will cause the segments to go underneath kirby instead, and cancelling a puff does the opposite. When all segments break, the attack instantly ends and has a 5 second cooldown before it can be used again. If B is held during the attack, the segments will orbit around kirby much faster, doing more damage, but making the segments weaker, causing them to shatter instantly rather than after 3 hits. If you hold B and then press down on the D-Pad, the attack instantly ends and instead of a 5 second cooldown, it lasts for 3 seconds. Note that a segment has to take 7 seconds to recover after breaking, but only does so when the attack is not active. And cancelling the attack does not instantly recover any broken segments.

Oh and i guess the miracle matter thing Miracle matter turns into a octagonal diamond (as if you were looking at it top-down). Miracle matter teleports around the arena and occasionally stops and creates 4 mirror shards around it. The shards aim toward kirby and, after a delay, dash towards kirby. These shards can be sucked up before they dash. The shards stick to any surface they land on, and disappear after 5 seconds. These shards can also harm Kirby while stuck in a surface.

I know I’m late for this but I have an idea for an ability: Tornado - Kirby, with the press of a button, turns into a tornado. In this form he is invincible to damage, can fly around, and damage enemies. If Kirby defeats a enemy in this state, the enemy will be sucked up into the vortex and is launched in a random direction when the attack ends, this also applies to blocks as well. Also, Kirby loses the ability to dodge, jump, or guard during this state. Tornado/Tornado: Hurricane - Basically the Fleur Tornado from Kirby and The Forgotten Land. Tornado/Burn: Silent and Deadly - Kirby disappears to the wind in an ash cloud, making the pink puffball invisible to enemies. While in this “state,” Kirby will be undetectable to anything except bosses, but do note that he isn’t invincible, and will be knocked out of the state early if he touch’s an enemy, but Kirby isn’t vulnerable when using this, as he can still jump and move around, he just can’t hover. Kirby also has access to one attack, in which he attempts to grab an enemy and if successful, he and that enemy will explode, it will not harm Kirby himself but it will deal a TON of damage to an enemy and all those near the explosion (Kirby can’t grab midbosses or bosses though). Kirby also will unleash an explosion when the time limit is up (about 15 seconds) but it is weaker then if he were to grab someone during it. Tornado/Stone: Heavy Angel - Kirby turns into a rock with wings. During this time, Kirby will gain the ability to hover and move around, albeit VERY slowly due to his weight. Kirby loses a lot of options in this form, such as dodging and guarding, and the only form of attack he has is him spitting out a bolder, which does great damage and will explode into shards upon impact (the attack itself is very slow though). Kirby is also invincible to damage in this state too, so that’s helpful, and when the transformation ends, he will send chunks of rock flying in random directions. Tornado/Ice: Chill Out - Kirby pulls out a freeze gun and gets all Mr. Freeze on his enemies. In this state he can’t jump as high, and can’t hover, but he can fire his freeze gun to shoot a thin laser that freezes enemies (not bosses and mid-bosses) into ice sculptures, which on touch will instantly fly forward or backwards. Kirby can put away his weapon by moving down on the control stick. Tornado/Needle: Double Homing Needles - Kirby turns both of his arms into needles, which then are fired from his body. This results in the needles flying and covering both sides. But if an enemy is nearby, they will home onto that specific enemy, even if it is above them. Kirby can also hold the button to delay firing the needles shortly and can jump too. Tornado/Bomb: The Danger Zone - Kirby turns himself into a fighter jet as he flys up into the sky. During this time, he can perform barrel-rolls by dodging and drop bombs with the attack button, which comes out pretty fast. After the duration of the transformation ends, Kirby will eject and cause his jet to fall in an arc and explode upon contact with anything it touches, but don’t worry, you’ll be gliding in a parachute while watching the fireworks (Kirby can also cancel this by pressing any button). Tornado/Spark: Stormy Revenge - Kirby transforms into a storm cloud looks similar to Kracko. During this time, Kirby will gain access to Kracko’s beam, with the ability itself functioning similar to the Kracko drawing from Star Allies. Tornado/Cutter: Windmill Buzzsaw - Kirby pulls out two swords and jumps, spinning with them vertically and racking up damage quite easily, Kirby will then create a shockwave when he hits the ground, which moves across until it goes off screen. Kirby can also press the attack button again while spinning to (after facing the screen) transform his feet into swords spins horizontally like a windmill, freezing him in place until the move ends. Tornado/Parasol: Blooming Flower - Kirby, upon pressing the attack button, transforms into a pink parasol (which is closed) and spins upward (in which you can control where he goes with the control stick), damaging enemies along the way. Kirby then, at the apex of the attack, opens the parasol, causing it the “bloom” and cause rays of light to appear, surrounding the parasol and damaging foes who dare to mess with Mother Nature, Kirby will float downwards as water drops fall from the parasol, and will stay in the ground if he touches it while in parasol form. Kirby can cancel this by pressing any button on the control pad. Miracle Matter form - Miracle Matter transforms into a orb and moves to a side of the arena before blowing harsh winds, pushing Kirby back. During this time he will also fire dark orbs wildly, but also can fire shots that track Kirby from his current position before the orb was fired, these orbs can be inhaled and shot back at it.

I do have some ideas for Cleaning Base Cleaning is almost exactly like KDL3 Cleaning/Cleaning-Reverse Vacuum(Blows massive amounts of air at enemies) Cleaning/Burning-Rocket Broom(Similar to Cleaning Chuchu in KDL3) Cleaning/Ice-Snow Shovel(Launches snow by default, but can launch enemies if you're close to one) Cleaning/Spark-Thunder Cloud(Send out an electrified dust cloud that lingers for a few seconds) Cleaning/Stone-Archeologist(Dust off some fossils and send them stomping after your foes) Cleaning/Bomb-Bath Bomb(Send out a colorful sudsy explosive, perfect for fun in the tub!) For Stone/Parasol I would've made a Weather Forecast ability! Kirby pulls out a Parasol and a TV and the TV indicates some sort of enemy, strange item, or meteor. Then, in a small area ahead of you, it's a big AoE effect. But, you can't move when you are forecasting. I like this video alot, nice job :)

K so I had some ideas: Cutter: a Japanese swordsman with a bamboo hat, where Kirby dashed forward through enemies, then as he sheaths the blade the enemies are slashed like in an anime, similar vibe to the exploding ninja stars. Parasol x2: the same thing but it’s a beach umbrella, since those are usualy bigger than normal umbrellas, Stone: a pick axe that lets Kirby dig underground and move around, popping back up after 5 seconds or when you let go of the button, some rocks popping up to the sides of Kirby and damaging enemies.

And, y'know, your idea for bringing Parasol into the game as a fully fledged ability really made me realize there are more classic abilities that didn't get to shine here. Parasol + Rock Anvil shaker:kirby turns into an anvil as he is lifted by the literal balloon of a hot air balloon you can move very slowly and once you press B again kirby will PURPOSELY MISS AN ENEMY and cause a shock wave dragging and hurting foes who touch said shock wave the more kirby is close to the ground the shorter and weaker the shockwave gets if there are multiple enemies kirby will land on the nearest one dragging them and defeating them mid way through the attack i think it is still kinda like bomb + parasol but hey i like it also kriby will be very high into the air but will fall kinda fast because in kirby 64 you can't have inf height so yeah there is that Edit:Kirby will purposely miss an enemy if only 1 is nearby/ right next to kirby

After watching this video (It was amazing by the way!) I thought of some interesting concepts if the Fighter ability was in the game: Fighter (Alone) - It would work as you expect it to be, there would be a lot of punches, kicks, uppercuts, you get the drill. Fighter + Fighter: Master - It would work similarly to the normal fighter except it would add more hits and the attacks would be much bigger. Fighter + Stone: Martial Rocks - It would have a completely different move set, having a bunch of stone projectiles in some of the attacks and Kirby's body would turn into stone in one of them. Fighter + Bomb: Exploding Sensei - It would just be the normal Fighter, but with a bunch of Sparks and Explosions. Fighter + Ice: Freezing Arena - Some of the attacks would have icy effects and some other attacks would be Christmas themed (AKA snowmen and reindeer). Fighter + Cutter: Slappin' Karate - Kirby would do slaps rather than punches and some attacks would have his limbs be completely flat. Fighter + Needle: Spiky Student - Kirby's hands/feet would turn into different kinds of needles when attacking. Fighter + Fire: Flaming Battle - All of Kirby's attacks would have flames in them and the attacks would go much faster than ever. Fighter + Spark: Thundering Fighter - His basic attacks would have electricity in them and his stronger attacks includes a bunch of electric balls. Fighter + Parasol: Calming Enemy - It would just be a combination of both the Fighter and Parasol move sets (Plus Kirby would have a Japanese themed Parasol). Yet again your concepts on the parasol sounds really creative/fun and I hope you like what I came up with!

alright here's my take on: Wheel in Kirby 64 Wheel: Press b to turn into a wheel. you can't jump but you can turn around, you kill enemies on contact, you go faster, and you can press b to turn back into kirby Wheel + Wheel= Axle: Kirby starts walking on an axle (basically 2 wheel's connected by a metal rod). you can do everything normal wheel could but you can jump now also. Wheel + Fire= Fire spin: Kirby turns into a flaming wheel that can go up walls (yes this is almost the exact same as fireball spin the only difference being it lasts until you press the b button again) Wheel + Bomb= Explosive frisbee: Kirby throws a disc that explodes when it collides with an enemy or wall Wheel + Stone= Rolling Sculpture: Kirby throws out a stone sculpture in the shape of a wheel that explodes when it stops moving. It also explodes if it hits the ground after going off a ledge Wheel + Spark= Metal wheel: when you press b, Kirby turns into a metal wheel with a black cloud above it. You can press b again to make the cloud strike whatever's beneath it with lightning and if it's strikes Kirby, it triples his speed for a short period of time. Wheel + Ice= Hockey puck: (no there isn't a hockey puck in Kirby 64 that's a curling stone) Kirby turns into a flat disc that slides across the floor and freezes enemies Wheel + Cutter= Bladed Wheel: Kirby becomes a wheel with a chainsaw tread around it. You ignore ice physics and can now go up walls Wheel + Needle= Thorny pickaxe: (Kirby pulls out a pickaxe with the needles being on the left and right sides and the wheel being the center which the pole is attached too) you can press b to swing it Infront of you destroying any enemies and use down b to twirl the (i guess) hammerhead on the floor Wheel + Parasol= Knight: (In this form the wheel and top of the parasol combine to make the shield and the handle becomes the sword) press b to swing the sword infront of you and mash b to keep swinging it. hold b to hold out the shield Miracle Matter Ability: miracle matter drops 3 wheels on the floor that roll around for about 10 seconds before exploding Enemies: Wheelie (he is the only one true way to go when you're adding wheel to a game)

Unironically, the Miracle matter section was so damn good. The abilities feel both like "Why would I use this" and "Oh my god this is cute give me" which is the perfect crystal shard feeling. Something I thought for lamp is you could do like a play on Plasma. The more you move, the brighter the bulb. When you hit B again you explode based on how big your bright charge is.

Ranger kirby (from kirby's newest adventure-kirby and the forgotten land) Ranger ability: Kirby gets a gun And a cute ranger cap and is able to shoot the game in all directions and the pellets Kirby shoots out both damages enemies and destroys blocks. Double ranger: the gun gets bigger but also gets a new feature: it can suck up enemies and shoot them at other enemies, and the enemies shot will destroy 3 other enemies or 3 blocks! Ranger+Fire: a gun that fires flames instead of pellets! Pretty straightforward and self-explainatory Ranger+stone:The gun becomes a machine gun! Basically Kirby loads lot of tiny rocks in his gun and spits them back out at rapid pace! The stones can damage enemies and destroy blocks! Ranger+ice: a water gun that freezes enemies on contact like normal ice but with a lot more range Ranger+bomb: Kirby gets a cannon! Kirby pulls out a medieval style cannon and loads bombs into it and fires them back out for massive damage Ranger+needle: Kirby's gun gets filled entirely with spikes which when fired will go out in all directions and won't stop until they hit something. Ranger+cutter: Kirby gets a gun that has blade ammo! Ranger+spark: Kirby shoots out little spark enemies as ammo!

Poison+Ice- Chemistry: Kirby turns into a beaker. Pressing B will shake the bottle, doing a random ability (Think Doctor but instead of stamina you have cutter) Poison+Needle- Barbed: Kirby forms poisoned spikes on his back, Like Needle+Rick in Dreamland 3 Poison+Bomb- Smoke Bomb: Kirby throws a smoke bomb on the ground, killing enemies caught in the smoke Poison+Cutter- Assassin: Kirby holds two poisoned daggers. Pressing B makes Kirby throw the dagger (You can only do this 2 times momentarily, the daggers will respawn) Poison+Stone- Pollution: Kirby will turn into a little chimney, spitting out a big geyser of goo Miracle Matter: I will be a dark violet with a light violet skull pattern. He will shoot out violet geysers across the room (The geysers are indicated with purple clouds) Enemy: Think of a violet blob. I am not making it too complicated. Also a purple creature with a skull mask will be a poison enemy I hope you like this :)

Here's an idea i have for two of em: Rock/Parasol: Trebuchet Kirby Spits out a small rock into the air and he uses a Parasol to hold it in, then aim and launch it at the enemy, its kinda like the Fire/Needle ability, just more hefty and damaging Spark/Parasol: Thunderstorm Kirby will hold out his parasol like normal, not before a thunder cloud appears and electrocutes everything within a small radius of the cloud

I have an idea for rock and parasol. It’s called fortress Kirby. Kirby hops inside of his parasol and can duck while inside it for protection. He can move around in it and jump twice as movement options while also being able to glide across water. Pressing b let’s him shoot out a cannon ball from a cannon that’s inside of the parasol. You can aim the cannon and depending on where they shoot they’ll either just fall to the ground or glide down using a mini parasol.

I think Cleaning could be a good ability. Cleaning + Burn = Burning Broom: Kirby's broom catches on fire, and he spins nonstop whacking enemies. Cleaning + Stone = Dust: Kirby makes a broom sculpture and flails it on the ground sending dust everywhere. Cleaning + Ice = Hockey Stick: Kirby's broomstick gains a hockey stick physique and Kirby goes hockey-ing enemies. Cleaning + Needle = Spikey Broom: Kirby's Broom gains spikes and pops them off. ​@@RangerTheWarrior Press down ? So there is no defense movement too. You can push B to attack which have for effect to equip your parasol and create a stance where you can only float. The attack has to be quick in order to quick being able to equip it in the air. Once Equipped, the parasol change your movement like you described ( with an added collision box, stuff like that ) but you can get rid of it easily. We could imagine other designs of course, like being able to jump several time despite having the parasol equipped just like in KDL3 but i kinda feel like every "tools" should have the same rules... Like in comparison with the saber beam so it's easier to understand. I don't remember the game as much as you i'm sure so maybe i will say something wrong but i feel like this simplicity is what permitted to have so much power in the first place so it would have been the main philosophy of the game, if we were in the development team at the time. After all, I died quite a lot in Kirby 64 because some move like the fire sword don't allow jumping in the air that could save me from some platforming part so yeah, sometime they just remove some of your movement option and that's just how it is.

Getting hit makes him drop the parasol, but he comes crashing like a bomb

Ice + parasol icicle sheet: Kirby is covered in a blanket or coat but when he attacks he removes the blanket and starts shaking it like crazy which causes icicles to fly everywhere.

This is such a cool concept for one of my favorite Kirby games ever.

I think the new Ranger ability they announced would've be an interesting ability to have in Kirby 64. So here are my ideas for its Mix Abilities: Ranger itself would just be shooting stars in several different directions depending on the direction you press or whether you're airborne. Ranger + Ranger: Kirby would wield a larger, more shotgun-like weapon that limits movement, but increases the size of the stars and the damage done at the cost of range and the ability to aim your shots. Ranger + Fire: Kirby wields a flamethrower that is somewhat short range, but can be angled anywhere diagonally above or beside him and leaves a lingering blaze on the ground. Ranger + Bomb: Kirby places a cannon in front of him that launches bombs with a slightly larger blast radius than a regular bomb. If he launches a bomb directly forwards, it will roll on the ground. Ranger + Cutter: Kirby wields a bayonet that shoots small shots that pierce through multiple enemies with the blade in front being able to attack anything directly in front of him. Ranger + Spark: Kirby wields a taser that stuns any enemy it hits momentarily. Ranger + Ice: Kirby wields a machine gun-like snowball cannon that shoots rapid-fire snowballs that freeze any enemy it hits. Ranger + Stone: Kirby wields a catapult to fling rocks at enemies above him. Ranger + Needle: Kirby wields a nail gun that is able to hit any enemy in front of him or even below if he is airborne. Ranger + Parasol: Kirby wields the handle of the parasol as a small pistol-like gun that shoots fast while also being able to use the metallic parasol as a shield for cover.

Damn! These are really good combo ideas! I frankly was mostly thinking of how Susie's ability mix guns worked in Star Allies, but I love these way more! Also funny to talk about the Ranger ability to me ;) XD

@@RangerTheWarrior as for ranger miracle matter, I think miracle matter would turn into a cannon and shoots out cannonballs, which kirby can copy, but they explode after a bit.

I know this is a really late comment but, I had an alternate idea for the combination with Needle. I thought that it could be like a blow dart thing. Ya know what I mean? It would turn the pole of the parasol into a tube that has a point at the end, Kirby would blow into it and the needle would launch out, you could hold down the button to aim it up diagonal or forward depending one which way you're facing. and The needle at the end could be used to stick to walls when not shooting it. Kinda like how the needle ability works normally.

Stone plus parasol: the parasol yeets rocks out of the bottom, as you float down, but you'll get it, the parasol's star also fires rocks.

I'm a bit of a Parasol nut, and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who put this much thought into Parasol being in Kirby 64! Video was very well done, I think the regular Parasol is a bit to complex for Kirby 64 (and Para + Spark could increase LAMP BRIGHTNESS by holding the button, pressing again could cancel it out), but aside from nitpicks like that I like it! Pro Parasol + Ice golfing sounds super hype.

I do kinda see where you're coming from on the complexity note, but... Remember that fire sword exists, an ability with 6 different attacks. 7 if you count turning around as a separate attack from enemies walking behind you.

Idea💡💡 12:39 Umbrella⛱️+spark⚡️=shock shield🌀⚡️ When you press B kirby will have a umbrella on top and covers him like a 🫧 so the enemys can't touch him And it will last for 15 seconds so the umbrella will blow up like a light bolt Well??? Did you like it???❤
