This really interesting. Tien with a prosthetic arm, and Piccolo likely fusing with Guru. Gohan training with King Kai. I can't wait to see how the Android Saga goes. I'm excited to see who would travel back in time to prevent the Android threat if it even happens at this point with Piccolo around? The Androids & Cell might be built to be even stronger? I can see Gohan having the potential to possibly turn Super Saiyan before Goku ever gets the chance before succumbing to the Heart Virus since he's training with King Kai, probably learning the Kaio-Ken & Spirit Bomb, and likely developing his own techniques or mimicking Goku & Piccolo's moves like Kamehameha & Dragon Bullet. And fter Gohan returns to Earth, if Piccolo fuses with Guru, he could get his potential unlocked! There's going to be a lot to motivate Gohan especially during the Android threat, but I don't know about Goku since Piccolo is his main rival. Well I can see a fire being lit under Goku to train even harder next time since Piccolo took his victory against Vegeta & Frieza, preventing him from having more rivals by proxy.

One thing to note going forward, assuming the fusion happens: Chaotzu, Yamcha(though not as crucial), and especially Gohan can all have their potentials unlocked. Given Gohan's original power boost did a good number, add in a proper training with King Kai, albeit from the beginning rather than Piccolo's training and the mental training with Krillin (it's actually in one of the episodes where their heading to Namek), so his potential unlocking would truly be something to help him catch up to Tien's and Krillin's Power Levels.

Okay, one mistake... It's only been 6 Earth Months, thus the Dragonballs cannot be used yet. While technically without the threat around, it's not a problem to wait the remaining time out, it's just a matter of 'the year not being fully passed' as of the time of the Namek Saga. In the original, it's forgiven because Piccolo and Kami died and were revived, allowing a reset for the Dragonballs. Unless Kami used the time between the Saiyans' second arrival and the trip to Namek to alter and change the Dragonballs to accommodate a second wish, and thus use the Dragonballs again earlier, then that's okay. Again, just something that struck me as odd, not necessarily a plothole.

I don't think Piccolo would fuse with him in this scenario. Just because in the original, he fused due to thier situation being desperate. But with Piccolo dealing with Frizea, fusing wouldn't be necessary seeing as how he's dealt with him. Still a good scenario though!

This made me think of an interesting idea. What if ginyu switched with one of Piccolo's copies? Two scenarios: ginyu takes off as a Namekian, or alternatively gets absorbed back into piccolo changing him like how fusing with nail and kami did. Also having a second Piccolo, but in Ginyu's body. It's funny I watched this back when it first came out and didnt notice this tell I decided to rewatch the what if to have a full refresher on the what If but you said piccolo was around 140,000 right well 140,000 times 20 is around 2 million so wouldn't that kill the 530,000 freeza with one hit

This is when I point out the only reason Frieza even went to Namek was Vegeta's mention of Namekians having something to do with Dragon Balls, and in this what-if, neither Vegeta nor Nappa had scouters anymore at the point Piccolo mentioned them. If Frieza doesn't know that Dragon Balls exist, much less the fact Namekians have something to do with them, he'd never go to Namek in the first place. Also, Dende didn't possess his healing ability until after Guru unlocked his potential.

Oh you'd be right if it weren't for 8:37 in part 2 of this series when I blatantly state Piccolo speaks about the dragon balls existing on earth while Nappa has his scouter in tact, Piccolo was also identified as a Namekian in this same part so either way you're incorrect. I'd like a cite on the Dende not having his healing abilities before he was powered up, part of why both Dende and Cargo heal everyone together was because Dende alone wasn't strong enough.

I think it is quite unfair to consider Krillin having the same Potential as Tien. Tien was able to catch back up to Krillin after Krillin had his potentiol unlocked, not to mention in Dragonball, Roshi Said Tien was the most talented fighter he had ever seen. And that was after training Goku for some years.

Now I think this is amazing. So no perfect cell (except if piccolo doesn't destroy 17), and I think goku would unlock super saiyan by training in the hyperbolic time chamber. Gohan could be trained too ( because chichi wouldn't want him to die again). After that goku would still train with king kai except he's alive. Trouble would begin with battle of gods, not enough saiyans.

Well don't forget Frieza's whole race demonstrates pretty unique durability almost super-relative to their power, Frieza survived a blast from Goku in a state that mathematically shouldn't have been possible and then was able to stay alive long enough until King Cold picked him up. Add to that Piccolo's only temporarily boosting his power with the Kaioken and also under all the pressure and circumstances it'd make sense for him not to be able to One Punch Frieza even when really letting off, kinda like How Goku's 4x Kamehameha didn't kill Vegeta but it hurt like hell.

So.… Let me get this straight : Gohan will probably be stronger than is canon counterpart, no instant transmission. Piccolo develops the Kaioken Further than 20x, possibly teaching the Z-fighters the Kaioken, as well as Goku being way stronger but deprived of ssj1, maybe once the android saga rolls around, but here's the thing, if Piccolo fuses with kami, I'd put him at.... maybe 75% of Perfect Cell (with Kkx, lets say 30) , no Gotenks because trunks does not exist since Vegeta was killed in this timeline. Also, I actually think that everyone gets the same boost when their potential gets unlocked by guru, I think the only difference between Gohan and Krillen is that gohan got a zenkai boost, while krillin didn't since he doesn't have Saiyan genetics. But everyone is stronger, say gohan getting ssj as well due to training with a stronger goku, but I'd say it would be during the fight with androids 19 & 20. Which means that Trunks might go with Piccolo, and Goku and Gohan being able to train their ssj more, so I'd say that Gohan and Goku both hit Ssj2. Which would mean Cell would be screwed, although, you could make the argument that cell blows up the earth, but then King kai might use the Namekian Dragon balls to bring back Dende, thus the dragon balls coming back, and using the earth dragon balls to revive everyone that was killed by cell (Except Goku, because he has already died once) Which the second wish would be used to bring Everyone revived to namek. Which leads to the Namekian dragon balls being used to Revive goku and bring him to namek. Lets say Cell comes back.... Maybe 2 years after Earth was destroyed and gets completely obliterated. Earth gets wished back and 5 years later, lets say piccolo can do a kaioken x50, Goku and gohan get ssj3(Considering say, training intensely for cell, and then 5 years of normal training, I fully believe goku could do it for say, 3 Minutes, actually, 5. With Gohan being able to do it for 1 minute. Buu gets revived instantly because of gohans energy, since he would be training in this timeline. Buu gets defeated relatively quickly, since everyone is much,much stronger. Beerus still goes about the same, except that beerus uses a bit more of his power, and instead of goku and vegeta training, it's goku and GOHAN training under whis. Freeza Gets taken care of quickly because piccolo (who let's say can use a kaioken times 60 at this point.) Releases enough energy, So Whis takes them there, which takes them Longer, so Freeza toys with piccolo, torturing him, remember what happened with 3rd form frieza in the cannon? The same thing applies here except is 4th form frieza instead of 3rd form frieza. After goku and gohan arrive, frieza is quickly taken care of.(Remember, Goku and Gohan are way stronger in this timeline.) The Universe 6 arc plays out a bit differently, see, cabba would likely not learn Ssj, maybe be shown it, but cabba would not be taught it. So universe 6 will be weaker in the ToP, Frost plays out differently because goku is fast enough to see the posion needle, but let's say that goku still gets poisoned, piccolo Owns frost, maybe getting poisoned at the last moment as piccolo deals the final blow. Which leads to frost getting caught, Piccolo and gohan getting defeated by hit, Goku using the Kaioken once again,although not the x10, just a double or triple. When goku black comes he gets defeated by a ssj1 goku that is holding back, instead of a ssj2 goku. But, I think gokhan actually finishes the job, see, goku and gohan are way stronger than what goku and vegeta were in the original timeline. So I can see Gokhan finishing the job easily. In the exhibition rounds, I think goku,gohan, and piccolo are the fighters, and they win the ToP with goku,gohan,piccolo,krillin,tien,goten,(I think he would be a ssj2 in this timeline since goku won't let him slack. yamcha, frieza,Andriod 17, android 18. The Top plays out the same but with a stronger universe 7, jiren gets a bit more trouble with goku, by ssjg, I think he would be blocking with a whole hand, when ssjbkkx20 comes out, Goku doesn't simply get glared away, goku gets a few good punches in before getting punched in the gut, spirit bomb, first omen, but this time jiren gets hurt a bit. Not too much, just a bit. goku vs kale and caulifa still comes, although I think during the ToP, I think cabba and caulifia get ssj1, but kale gets berserk, goku can hold his own against a ssj1 caulifia in his BASE alone, but when he goes ssj, the tables turn and caulifia almost gets ringed out, but this is where kale goes berserk, than master beserk, Piccolo using say, kaioken x 75. Although a ssj2 goku fares a bit better, he still needs to go ssjgod and demolish kale and caulifia. Then kefla happens, goku uses ssjb and with a kaioken x5, is already on par with kefla as a ssj, with a x10, kefla is forced to go into ssj2, with that said, ablue kaioken x 20 easily goes and throws kefla on the backburner, say he gets knocked unconscious, second omen occurs, and kefla gets ko'd before she even knows what happened. goku and gohan go fight jiren, with gohan achieving mssjb, and goku using a kaiokenx20 (you could argue a x25, but let's not have goku use it, since he just started using kaiokenx20 on top of blue) gohan vs toppo(god) happens, but gohan easily knocks out toppo, remember, gohan in this timeline is much stronger than vegeta was in canon. the other universe 11 fighters except jiren aren't really worth mentioning, considering that they are very weak. Dyspo gets taken care of by piccolo, then third omen comes, but jiren stands NO chance in hell against mui goku. say jiren does manage to stay on the ring, it is gohan, android 17, and golden freeza vs jiren, which goes easier, and I think when goku awakens, gohan isn't that tired out, he can't use blue, but I'd say ssjg would do, and with that, universe 7 wins. Everyone gets revived, and then the broly movie goes the same, except instead of vegeta it's gohan, goku and gohan have a easier time than in the original, but they still need to fuse, but without the fusion dance, it's the potara, Gokhan is born once more, and I think broly gets knocked out before he uses fpssj, so goku meets broly at the end of the movie. that still goes the same. But these are just my thoughts.

Goku has MUCH more than half of Gohans potential, Saiyan hybrids may have more potential than saiyans but considering they're stronger than Humans Gohan would not nearly have double the potential because of him being a hybrid.

I fell like goku should have gone super saiyan when gohan was killed because in the original it rook krillian dying on namek and gohan is his son so goku would have had that intense rage boost like he did in the original and goku has more s cells in this timeline so it would be easier for goku to go super saiyan
