We hear a lot of things about God. Things in church, in songs, on the news, and in the bible. But what if everything we have heard is actually true? Well, no everything, but what if God really is who he says he is? In this spoken word poem, Jon asks a dangerous question...What if?

+Jesus Freak I am a Christian but I see Athiest that are louder than us! I see them logically arguing and winning arguments while Christians don't have the right awnser. i see so many people deceived. I am a Christian but what does it mean to really be a Christian? Is it not to act as Jesus act. is it not be doing what He did? You see it's more than just believe...... But true faith is done when you do works because of your belief. you see God does not want us to simply be silent but to shout like a lion. to be bolder than a soldier who has been told to March with no boundaries. you see we are ment to be more but just accept that it's okay to be normal when it's not. we are no longer of the world. for whoever is friends with the world is enemies with God. don't you see it's impossible to be gray when you were ment to be a page so that God could write His grace!

I don't believe much in Christianity but this is so powerful and beautiful it gave me chills. I am a poet and have not once wrote a "happy" poem with meaning it. I write about suicide and cutting and my struggles. I don't have happy in my life ... but this has given me the pleasure to write myself a happy poem and mean it with everything in me. Thank you for this powerful poem.

1:20 - 1:28 was my favorite part.❤ Because how often do we doubt that? How often do we DOUBT God's goodness? How often do we try SO desperately hard to understand God in everything He is and does? The important thing to remember, I think, is that God was never really meant to be truly comprehended. If He were, wouldn't He just be like the rest of us?

As a muslim I agree with a lot this. And I am impressed that Christians also call out to god, even if slightly spoiled by all the "what if god exists" - you should be more certain in his existance and believe it more than you believe anything lol. Yes I completely agree that God is the most merciful, most gracious. he is the king of all kings, and to him belongs the dominions of the heavens and the earth. at the same time he is aware of and attending to every hair on our bodies. And you are right we need him. With him is all wealth, honour and power & he is the protector. I cry out to him for help at my weakest moments. Yes god does exist! And if you only believe in him and do good deeds a whole new world of peace and good blessings in this life, and of paradise when you die, as well as success upon success in all aspects of your life from family to work will open up to you. Embrace it and put your trust in god. But unfortunately where I differ is that Jesus is not the son of god - he was a man (not demigod). He was sent as an example for the children of Israel to follow. He confirmed the Torah, and brought the gospel and gave glad tidings of a messenger to come called Ahmad (i.e. Mohamed SAW). God is far glorified above ever begetting a son. Quran chapter 112: Say "He is Allah, One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born. Nor is there to him any equivalent." Translation by Sahih Muslim

Chinemelu Ezeh God does not so these things . God doesn't send us to hell our own actions do. He is more than merciful unto is but we give up. God is great. He gives us more than one chance at redemption. The devil tries to cast things on but God allows these trails to prove us. He never said it was going to be easy but he did say he would help us. Search his word and you shall find your answer

Assume you were a father and you had a son. If you know fully the limitations of your son's nature, will you test your child using eternal damnation? That isn't love. That's perverted justice. Moreover, in god's case, he doesn't just know your limitations, he made you that way! Moreover, God created people with their unique abilities and flaws. He created the circumstances that people find themselves in. He can see all of time so he know who is going to hell. We know from revelations that at least one person is going to hell. So you see that he essentially have designed life so that some people will definitely be damned for ever. That is not a loving God. I can easily invent a more loving God that what christianity proposes.

I had a dream the other night that I was in a city, there was a bunch of angry people trying to catch me. I tried to run away but I started to float in the air, and I was like, what the heck, this isn't normal, and I looked down, seeing I was off the ground, I started to panic but then a voice told me to let go and trust in god. Then as I was going higher and higher up I felt complete "wholeness"? Or maybe trust completely surrounding me, then I whispered to myself "with God, anything is possible..." and my whole body was consumed in fire, shaped kind of like a giant bird, but it didn't burn me, it lifted me and I flew away from the craziness down on the ground. It was awesome to be honest, I felt so light, and weightless but not only physically, emotionally I felt complete calm. Praise God, for he is a consuming fire. We are all waiting anxiously for our saviors return Amen.
