Dude, if this was in the end credits of the 1993 movie, it would’ve elevated the entire film! It would’ve shown that the moviemakers were self-aware about how different their movie was from the source material. This film would have so much more respect.

@@PUZZLER366 Still boots, and it never bothered the hackers to make Mario World look like Mario 3. The Mods they do are insane. I played one hack where Mario fired bullet bills instead of fireballs but it caused a glitch if you pressed like a machine gun.

I could've sworn that there actually WAS a game based on the Mario Bros. movie, where they used digitized likenesses of the actors for game sprites like when they made a video game based on the Street Fighter movie. But I can't find any evidence of such a game existing. Does anyone else remember that, or am I just crazy?

Mmhmmm, diggin' that NES/C64 SID chip-like beat~ ♥️ Though it does make me wonder...if Mario and co. were designed by the same guy who worked on Alakazam the Great/Saiyuki/Journey to The West (1960), especially considering that Bowser's design was both initially to be a Minotaur AND inspired by King Gruesome/Gyuu Mao/The Great Demon Bull King... I wonder what Alakazam the Great would look like as a Mario game? 🤨
